The customer service was great. They were very friendly and spoke English. Our room wasn't yet ready at check-in time, so they provided us complimentary snacks and coffee in the attached restaurant, which were very good. The breakfast was served in the same location and was delicious. The three-person room we reserved was as pictured and spacious. The Wifi also worked well and came in at 19 Mbps for the download and upload speed. The area seems to have quite a few street people walking around at night, so it feels a little unsafe if you're by yourself.

The room was well-sized, unfortunately a tad dirty, especially the curtains that had some unknown stains on them. Bed was comfortable and even included two memory foam pillows, which was a nice touch.

Stopped off for a night before joining ship in Montevideo. Where do I start? This hotel is excellent. The room was modern, clean, and excellently maintained. The food was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is close to the best sights in the city centre, although the street itself is a bit run down but that shouldn't detract from the experience. Could not recommend this place more.

Stayed one week. It’s good enough if you just want to rest and do work at room. They have everything you need, but nothing gorgeous. the location at night seems a bit dangerous.

- Deluxe room is modern, big and comfortable. It has a microwave, small fridge, sofa, non smart TV, lots of universal plugs, a long desk, table with chairs and kitchenette. - The doble bed is made of two mattresses, which is really uncomfortable, there is a whole in the middle of the bed. - Restaurant is closed on weekends. Food is average, American burger is recommended. Breakfast is a bit overpriced, no milk available, but it was decent. Delivery food is allowed into the hotel. - The area is dangerous and not very pretty, but it is well located. - The staff was really nice and helpful. - Good water pressure at the shower and non disposable amenities, which is appreciated. They should really change the mattresses, but I still recommend it.

Very convinient location, great room and view, great breakfast. We arrived during night and didn't look like what we expected but once it was morning you could see how wonderful entire place is.

I cannot possibly give a better review of the staff at this hotel. The internet is wickedly fast and that was a huge bonus for me. They are courteous and friendly by all levels of measure. The bar restaurant attached is delicious and the staff there was impressive enough to leave a lasting memory. I will definitely visit that restaurant again. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really liked this place. It's in a great location just minutes away from the city center walking. The people are really nice. My drapes were broken, and they did everything they could to fix them.

Very helpful receptionists. Clean rooms that are well equipped with kettle, fridge, etc. Good location.

The room was immaculate and offered ample storage space for clothing and luggage. The friendly staff, especially Niki, went the extra mile to assist us with ticket reservations and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The complimentary breakfast featured a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, sweets, cheese, salami, yogurts, milk, coffee, tea, cake, and an array of fresh fruits. Additionally, the hotel's central location in the charming Old Port neighborhood makes it a highly recommended choice for exploration.
