I hate to leave a negative review. My whitetail and sides were delicious, the bar made great drinks, and the dessert was delicious. But the $25/half pound crab claws were pitiful. They were so small for the price and a good amount of them had no meat on them at all—several of them were just fried shell. Granted, the breading was delicious, but for $25 market price, I expected much better. Especially when I imagine the fried shells with no meat counted toward the weight.

Returning from daytrip on business to Louisiana and wanted dinner along the way. Wife found them on several review sites and saw the high ratings across the board. We were not disappointed. Excellent.

This was a VERY pleasant surprise. We like to try different places around town so we Googled nearby seafood and Jubilee Seafood came up. When we arrived we were a little skeptical. It isn’t the most appealing from the outside. Then when we walked in and the place was packed to capacity. However, my party of three were the only Blacks in the place. Uh oh, right? Nope. We decided to stay and try it anyway. The waiter was super nice and very knowledgeable about the offerings. We ordered the scamp, oysters, and shrimp. We shared bread pudding with a scoop of ice cream for dessert. ALL delicious! The portions were perfect. The most satisfying part were the people. Couples stopped by our table and bragged on the food, gave my daughter compliments, and even gave us tips on what to try. It’s true... don’t judge a book by its cover. We’ll definitely return.

I'm from FL so I've been eating seafood my whole life. I've also traveled quite a bit. I think I've eaten seafood in about every coastal state in the US and also on a couple of islands and I can say this was one of the best seafood restaurants I've ever eaten at. Very pleased

Jubilee is the best restaurant in Montgomery AL, period. The specialty is seafood but the service and ambiance take it over the top. We had the scamp with lump crab and the scamp with salsa. Everything tasted great, was seasoned perfectly and served hot. Amazing!!! We will be back soon.

Pricey but delicious and worth the money. I had the scamp and it was awesome. It was the first time I had it and it was suggested by the waiter. A colleague had the salmon and it looked great also.

Absolutely the best! Food is so fresh, beautifully prepared and always consistent. We drive from Birmingham at least once a month to dine at Jubilee. We love the staff, they are friendly, knowledgeable and the service is impeccable. Jubilee is a favorite of locals, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Oftentimes there’s a wait. Settle down and wait..If you love seafood I promise it is always worth the wait!

Jubilee Seafood was recommended by a friend. I had the blackened Redfish dinner special which was excellent. Also had a half dozen raw oysters for an appetizer, which were rather small, but very good. The wait staff members were very attentive and provided excellent service. All the people in our group were very pleased with their dining experience. It reminded me of dining in New Orleans.

Best seafood I have ever eaten. I know Montgomery knows, but this is a diamond. Great people serving you led by its owner Captain Bud. This man knows all food, not just seafood. Heck of a caterer as well. Wish I didn't have to drive from ATL to eat here. It's that good.

We chose this restaurant at the last minute for an impromptu graduation dinner. We aren't from Montgomery and knew nothing about it, just the reviews we'd read online. Given that it was a busy graduation weekend, we didn't have a lot of options, particularly at the last minute. I'm happy to report that we couldn't have been more pleased. The owner, who is very much involved in the restaurant, gave us a private room to accommodate our rather large group, and the food and service were exceptional!!!! Anthony, our server, was the absolute best!!!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu offerings, how they were prepared, etc., and he gave us just the right amount of attention balanced with time to visit with our family. Thanks, Jubliee owner and staff for helping us have a memorable evening. You all rock!!!

I typically do not do small restaurants, or older restaurants that I can say, but this was a wonderful experience! I was very happy with the hospitality, the customer service was awesome. We were met with smiles from the waiteress and seemingly owner who held the door open for us to come in which made it even warmer. It's a bit pricey, and I thought it wouldn't be worth it until I received my food and it was well worth it. The Alaskan halibut was amazing. My fiance had the duck which he enjoyed. The other party had a shrimp platter. To top it off, we had the bread pudding which was a definite guilty pleasure. The waitress also boxed my leftovers. I suggest this place. I didn't know that it has been in Montgomery for so long, yet I was glad to finally attend.
