    The manager VERY VERY VERY disrespectful! Nasty attitude, poor customer service. The fries were cold. We ordered 2Happy meals, one was (4) piece nuggets, the other a cheese burger; with (2) Bacon McDoubles with a large fry. Which came out to a total of $23.71. Once we paid for the order the cashier said. The second order is 13.60. I said why did they break up the order she said I don’t know. Then I said Hold it the first order was 23 dollars why is the second 13 dollars? I then looked at the receipt to see that the second order did not belong to us. The nasty manager walks up attitudes up saying you said u had a second order. I said no I did not she said the second order. Once we got our food. I asked how long would it take to put the money back on the card? The nasty manager says I don’t know with an attitude. It depends on who you bank with. I would say she needs to be terminated, but everybody need their job. She needs another place of employment if she can’t handle high demand customer service. Disappointed customer.

    Fries are always reheated in grease so they taste okay when tested in drive thru window. Only to always overpay for fries that cost more than their sandwiches. You want to give us old fries drop the price cause you aren't losing out on food costs here.

    Super fresh hot fries😊 but then my burger was missing its bacon...... again. 😒( this always seems to happen to me) however, the staff was pleasant. And we were there and gone in no time. Pies were also hot and fresh. So, it's not at the bottom of the list, but....... I'm still a little upset about burger. 😕

    All My Food Is Extremely Cold & Not Fresh😠And I Used Door Dash To Order. So I'm Stuck With Old Food(And The Driver Drove 6min From Getting Food To My Home!) The Food Was Just Old.

    There was no toilet paper in one of the bathroom stalls. It took them 15 minutes to give me my food. The majority of which the food was bagged and ready. The rest of the time was spent putting someone else’s order ready so they can give them to us at the same time.

    It was horrible. we were in there for 45 minutes! We got a Caramel Iced coffee, an orange juice, two sausage biscuits, a hash brown, and an oatmeal. And when we got in the car, the order was wrong! We ate it because we didn't want to go back in and take forever, we had to get somewhere soon. But to sum it all up, don't go here.

    Only went because it says 24 hours. It's not!!! Several people were told they took the last order and we're closing. Then when we questioned it, they said they were closing for shift change and wouldn't say how long that would be. If you close, you MUST post accurate hours. This is NOT 24 hours. I intend to contact corporate and tell them the same thing. Get your facts straight, then advertise correctly. Poor business, and getting worse all the time.

    If I could out ZERO I would the big girl at the window claiming to be the manager refused to give me a refund on some shift i didn't even ask for . I definitely will be contacting corporate

    The service was ok compared to usual, but they gotta stop giving you meat that's been sitting in the plastic pan and throw it in the microwave, and recooked nuggets dropped in the grease taste awful

    HoOriBLE … Management needs to give adequate training on good customer service! My cup size was suppose to be Large but they wanted to argue with me that I didn’t say it and because wasn’t on their screen. How is that MY FAULT. Act like they couldn’t take my .20 cents insisted on me taking the Medium drink instead of making it RIGHT & giving me WHAT I ASKED FOR, which was a Large. . They did, but with an attitude.. Especially management .

    They should consider training their employees to show some form of courtesy to patrons. The food is never hot and the quality is lacking tremendously. For a $10 combo, I expect a little more for a drive-thru restaurant. Lastly, they NEVER, EVER have milkshakes as they say "the machine is down".

    Drive thru was quick and customer service was good. The Mcdouble was old, the bun was hard as a rock and the cheese had this skin to it you only get under a heat lamp or a microwave. Inedible, and I won't be back.

    Service was horrible. I was the 1st car in the drive-thru. 2 other cars in the other lane were served before they even acknowledged me. When I spoke to the manager, they said they couldn't do anything about it.

    Ordered a 10pc Nugget meal. Nuggets were clearly old, not to mention there was only 7 NUGGETS. A chocolate shake which tasted like straight vanilla. Fries tasted old but also not fully cooked.

    Ordered on the app and had it curvside, lady came out with my food bag without my drink which was a large dr pepper, i said to her im missing the drink, she then said i can come in while she made the drink, well my order is curbside duh, but anyways, she came back out with what looked like a medium water, i said i didnt order that, then she repeated i can come inside while she makes the drink...um i just stared at her and she went back in, and then came back out with the correct drink but had this go f yourself look on her face and she never apologized or said anything, so yeah not ever going to this McDonald's ever agian and i advise anyone else who orders curbside to go next door to any other fast food joint.

    We use the drive through . The line moves steadily. The food comes out as ordered. The staff is pleasant. The food meets our expectations...tasty and well prepared. When we do go inside we find it clean, we'll kept and pleasant.

    By far the slowest Mc Donald’s in the tri county area. I hate when I place a mobile order on the app and it puts me going to this location before I’ve realized it… set aside 20 mins to visit this location…or just avoid it if at all possible!!

    Food was fresh. Ordered chicken sandwich combo with n/🥒. One issue...no 🍯. Thinking who eats 🍇 jelly on chicken sandwich ..nooot I. Thanks for real to whomever made my ☕...yeeees it was great. As a side note :"cook hash brown and chicken 45 seconds to minute more..wet chicken in the center avoided. Better location experience than those close to me. Thank you🙂👏

    We visited this establishment on our way out of town from visiting my daughter it was 5 in the morning. When we pulled up there was a car in front of us in the drive-thru and it sat there for a while then pulled off so we pull up and sit there and sit there and try saying hello but nothing. We pull around to the window and they leave us sitting there so we honk and finally they come to the window he said we just got here and nothing is ready. Not even the coffee. Very disappointing.

    Fast and friendly service which is everything when it comes to dealing with the public (3 stars for that) , but sadly the food was cold. It seems like they already make the food and warm it up before selling, waste of money today & i couldn’t turn around due to needing to be on time for an appointment. But great customer service, better luck next time I guess.

    I order the caramel iced coffee but the problem is they make to sweet to drink. You can not even taste the coffee it's way to sweet and has turned me off from going back to that location.

    I like big mac's. I have been around a very long time. The quality and quantity of fast foods went down when prices went up. No one cares about the presentation of their food anymore which is the reason for low customer participation. Twice my sandwich meat has been thrown on the bun almost hanging off with respect to the special sauce it's almost non-existentant. The reason for customers ever visiting at first has been lost. How do they expect to keep sales up?

    Terrible. Waited almost 30 mintu order placed inside of store. Had to ask for my $ back that's when they wanted to get folks inside order ready. They were specifcally doing the drive thryu people 1st. 0nly on Zelda Rd.

    Last 2 times I have come after 12 noon and 130. Espresso machine has been cleaning. Is there not a a slower customer time that Espresso can be cleaned..just wondering 🤔

    Usually goto a different mcdonalds but not much gas said to come here. The order itself was wrong cause according to the order taker she couldn't hear me when I was basically yelling the order. And then she sat there rushing me and seemed to have an attitude.

    I pull up to the drive-through window and the person says how can I take your order, I start to order and then she says can you hold on? I said sure. Then she proceeds to take three cars orders in the other drive-through lane before mine. That is unacceptable. Then when I finally do get to order and pull up to pay the girl takes my card doesn’t say a word, hi how are you, thank you, nothing.

    Currently on park been on park for 10 minutes waiting on cookies. Gave us our food while we wait 2 other cars on park. But this is the thing my food was cold fries was terrible. I said I was not going to write a review but this is ridiculous. McDonald’s has to many nice commercials and advertisements for the service to be wack

    Happy Meals we’re out of toys but they didn’t tell us until we asked why were the toys missing. They gave us cookies instead. Also our online order requested ketchup in the happy meals in lieu of sauce, but they didn’t give us any. Last apparently if you buy a 10 piece nuggets, they charge you extra for sauce, on the app. None of them are free.

    Visiting Zelder Rd McDonald's placed 2 breakfast sandwich order, gave my card and didn't get receipt.Only later to find out that I was charged $7.79.If going out getting so expensive without a receipt you can't even do a survey.When I got home I woke my wife up to eat,only to find that the muffin was hard and the biscuit was so hard,I thought I lost a tooth. .

    I almost didn't order, I almost walked out, it smelled of rotten fish, I was going to eat inside but I couldn't do, I got the big Mac combo, it was hot and fresh, I could tell it was just cooked, the staff was excellent, they speak and smile when you come in

    This day we all wanted frappe from McD's. 5 total and we had some additions. I have to be honest I wasn't sure how the experience was going to turn out. Got to the drive thru to place the difficult frappe order and when I finished the order the cashier repeated the order back exactly as I ordered. Bravo! Moving up to the window to pick up the order we found that the order was missing two additions. Brought this error up and they said with a smile "we'll take care of that". Staff was extremely helpful and polite. They were on top of things today and all with smiles and positive vibes. Loved the experience.
