I visited this location on a fairly busy Saturday afternoon, about 3:30. The service was quick and everyone was friendly. I always get the same, A Peanut Butter Cup smoothie (which is pretty good, not too sweet) but they also serve sandwiches (paninis) and other food items. The smoothies come in one size but they're filling! They also follow Covid guidelines for those that may have these concerns.

Worst customer service ever!! I’ve been to this location twice in the past few weeks as I’ve passed through Montgomery. First time I came in neither employee spoke, kept their backs turned working on orders as I stood there. No one else was in the store at this time. After 8 minutes, I was finally addressed with “did you place your order online” not a hey how are you or any sort of welcome to TS greeting. Online doesn’t allow you to add a side sauce. But she made sure to collect pennies on a dollar on my debit card for it anyway. Second experience, 4 workers this time, no acknowledgement once again and when approached its “you ready to order”. Now mind you it’s Mother’s Day and I have two little people who want a smoothie. They love Sunrise Sunset and every location we go to splits it into two little cups. But not this location, she tells me she can’t do that and wants to force me to pick one from the kids menu of which neither of them like seeing that we’ve tried them all. She offers to give me two water cups, I ask for lids but of course that’s not an option either. So what would a 3 & 6 year old do with a smoothie with no lid, make a mess! This location definitely has some of the rudest employees and this really bothers me as I frequently reference Tropical Smoothie in the same sentence with Chic Fil-A.

The counters are usually nasty, and they don’t have straws with wrappers on them and we are in a pandemic. Workers are usually rude and inattentive to customers. Just an overall trash place. Lying about not having straws with wrappers and charging customers for straws with wrappers.

Unable to provide receipts for large orders. Dispute the charge and they will have to provide to CC Company.

Walked in about 15mins before closing with no other customers inside. There were 7 employees inside and 0 of them acknowledged my entrance. I walk up the to register & the cashier doesn’t even look up from the screen. No “How may I help you or What would you like today.” Nothing. She was typing something on the screen so I assumed she was working on something so I just stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me so I knew she was ready for me to give my order. She never did. I eventually placed my order for 2 smoothies. I get my order & leave. My son & I take sips only to find they are poorly blended & riddled with chunks of ice. If you’re going to have poor customer service, at least provide a good product.

When I first starting coming here the smoothies were 5.49-5.99 now they are 6.59-6.99 for exactly what? Nothing has changed then on top of that the smoothies never taste the same. I understand prices are going up but at what point do you all stop getting over on us. We don’t know and have never known what these people pay for their products but as soon as some goes on in the world everybody need to price gouge? You are making smoothies how do you go up 1.00 or more for things?

It taste good but a little too sweet..I prefer natural ingredients with no added sugars.

Clean establishment!! We got two smoothies and 2 banana granola cruch wraps. Both smoothies were delish and we enjoyed our wraps because they spread the peanut butter all over the Flatbread, unlike other TSC 's. I usually have to pull off some of the bread because its so thick and dosent have the peanut butter. So thank you!!!

Today I tried the new Sunshine smoothie.....😋😋

Went to this Zelda road location which is normally a great location however, yesterday I went and there were two girls Niki and and another employee who were very rude. They were whispering to each other making racial and smart comments while ringing me up. So, I addressed them. They acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about and did not want to provide the manager’s information. There was a customer in the store who ended up providing the managers info. I will NEVER go back to this location. They have several new employees and they need to be retrained on customer service.

Best smoothies around. Get some greens in there and get all the nutrients your body craves. Flatbreads and sandwiches are a great pairing as well.

I walked and sat at the counter for over 10 minutes. A young lady asked me if I wanted to order..I said yes..she continued making prepaid online orders. There were 5 employees standing around. I asked if I needed to order o line to be served. They said “we’re sitting right here, you didn’t say anything.” Apparently they thought I was standing there for nothing..when I asked for the manager, she’s not here and we can’t give their name..not acceptable customer service. Especially for a 1st time customer.

Horrible customer service. When you walk in no one greets you and once you’re at the register you’re not asked for your order they just expect you to start talking . This is the second time I’ve received such poor service here.

I will never go back!!! I'm a regular Montgomery Biscuits fan that attends most games. I was told that my printed suite ticket was fake, and to contact corporate!! The ticket has a color Biscuits stamp on it, which is stamped upon entry.

The chicken pesto flatbread is AMAZING! My favorite. Food is always hot and made to order. Service here is great and fast!

I visit this location EVERY morning! Spoke with manager because the quality was not the same. There had been a lot of new people hired and she just assured me that more training would be the focus. To fast forward the smoothies had been superb! Best smoothies ever!

I recently went to this location and I will most definitely become a regular! I was greeted by a lovely worker named Brittney. She was extremely polite and she really makes an effort to get to know the costumers on a personal level! I appreciate her kindness and she really made my $8 smoothie worth every penny! I can’t wait to go back!

My favorite food and drink from Tropical Smoothie is the Mango Magic with extra Mango and sometimes i add the muli vitamin and the breakfast food item is the Southwest wrap .. the wrap is very tasty it has grilled chicken, chipotle mayo, tomatoes, spinach, eggs and pepper jack cheese.. i usually get extra chipotle mayo and this usually fills me up until lunch time.. i place my order through the app and it's normally ready by the time i get there, and this location has good customer service

Slow, inefficient, disengaged staff, seemed to get even slower when it got crowded, I’ve never been to a fast Tropical Smoothie, but this one is the worst by a stretch.

Food is always fresh, but management not so professional. I order delivery from there often. For 2 days straight I didn't receive silverware for a bowl and straw for my smoothie. After calling to let them know at my job we don't have either I was told to just drink my smoothie from the cup (have you ever tried this it just all falls in your face) and that it was up to their delivery driver to remember those things not management, so I had to eat my bowl with my fingers and wear the smoothie all day I definitely will not be ordering from them anymore or anyone from my office. Just an apology and to be told they would have made more of an effort instead of getting smart I probably would have considered still getting delivery. Another person I work with ordered a meal that ended up being $40 for a Sandwich and when calling asking for her chips and drink was told it wasn't their problem by the management and when she went by after work they stated she couldn't receive the items she didn't receive.

Love this place. The smoothies are delicious (and big!), there’s a big variety of flavors/types, and the place is clean. Service can get a bit backed up around the lunch hour (plan 12-15 minutes from the time you place your order until you receive it, if you get foot AND a smoothie) but the staff is always friendly.

By way of my fiance, I've come to like this shop. Only thing is that sometimes these young ladies don't get along and it's really obvious too. Otherwise, we love the smoothies.

I prefer the one on ATL Highway but since I work in the area this location is more convenient. The smoothies are a hit or miss every time! Majority of the time they’re very watered down & nasty. Customer service is trash. Last time I visited No one speaks & no one even called name to let me know my smoothie was ready. She just placed it on the counter & walked away. Every time I give this place a chance, I’m let down.
