I placed a cake order yesterday at 234.The lady said it would be ready after five pm, I stated that is fine. I arrive today at five twenty - two ,no cake or order taken. One lady stated if someone took your order they would have given you a specific time. I explain all she said was after five. she said did you get a name. I stated no ma'am, I wasn't aware I needed to do that. She said I can give you one of the cake in fridge .I stated I don't want to pay for something I didn't order. I was i tears because the purpose of ordering is to get what you want. The other lady gave me cake out of fridge at no cost.I appreciate her patience with with because i was literally sobbing and did so all the way to graduation dinner.. I'm still disappointed in Publix staff that didn't make sure order was placed.

This is a very well stocked and clean grocery store. You can find just about anything you need here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is the best. The bakery is very good and everything they make is delicious. We have ordered flowers here (for the prom) before, and birthday cakes. The prices run higher than some other places but you get what you pay for and their are frequent coupons.

Hands down, Publix has the best produce on the eastside of town. Everyone is always nice, polite and helpful. I love their fried chicken, key lime pie, seven layer salad, fresh baked French bread, and freshly made sandwiches and everything else in the deli case.

Came to the deli today to place a order for 60 wings for myself and my coworkers. The lady said 40 minutes. So I returned exactly 45 minutes later and they hadn't even started cooking them had to wait another 45 mins.. They were very nice but that doesn't change the fact there was no communication and I lost almost 2 hours at work. Update 10/11 done shopping here! Was about to have some deli meat slices and before I could even ask the woman behind the deli counter she started cursing and they weren't mild curse words either. Management should really evaluate these people working here because if I would have just had my daughter with me there would have been a major issue. Lost a loyal customer indefinitely

By far the rudest and most disgusting Publix I’ve ever walked into! By disgusting, I specifically mean the employees! I was treated with utter disrespect by the woman at customer service in the hijab. Very rude, very disgruntled at me even asking a question. It’s like they hate that they are working here and don’t want to help the customers. Not to mention the deli workers, excluding Ben, because if it weren’t for him I would have definitely left! But the deli worker was sooo rude and distasteful. Hateful commentary towards my selection of dinner items, and very condescending. Why hire people who are going to purposely offend your customers. I will NEVER RETURN to this location. Save yourselves and go to the Vaughn road location. Very Ghetto, very trashy. For the store manager, if this is how you run your store, you should definitely go back to the drawing board. TRASH!

I was behind an older lady in Martha’s line. The lady was having trouble doing whatever she wanted to do, I didn’t hear that part. Martha was extremely patient and helpful, clearly and kindly telling the lady and showing her how to do whatever it was. Not once did she talk to her in a condescending way. As an older lady myself, I was really appreciative of the caring and helpful way Martha handled the situation. The customer left laughing and happy, instead of feeling stupid and useless. Martha is an exceptional employee!!

The atmosphere is great and the people who work there are awesome. However, they are often out of sale items. I usually have to go to the other store on Atlanta Hwy . They usually have the sale items in stock. But otherwise, the one at Dalraida is good.

The only thing that irritates me about this store is the ridiculous parking lot! It's absolutely way too small for the amount of customers that shop here...It is such a pain to even find parking, much less handicap parking. On top of that, while driving around looking and waiting for a place to park, a guy came up to my open window and started rambling off a complex lie about why he needed money and I just gave him $2 so I could quit holding up the cars behind me and he'd leave me alone. All the while, there were 2 MPD officers parked in the parking lot and they did nothing about this. The guy was still out there doing it over an hour later. They need to do better.

This is absolutely my favorite Publix location! The employees are super helpful. I went in to purchase hand sliced deli meat. There was one lady working the deli making sandwiches, slicing meats and the hot meal plates. She looked at me and politely said, "ma'am, I will get with you as quick as I can." I thanked her for acknowledging me and she did get to me promptly and in the exact order I arrived in the line! This store is fabulous!

I bought a Publix brand of milk here several months ago that I haven’t been able to find again since then. The customer service is very inconsistent. There’s a lady who sometimes cashiers, she wears a green vest and also works at the customer service desk. She may be some sort of manager. However, her demeanor is very flat. She didn’t greet me or say anything other than tell me my total.

The workers' attitudes matter. I hate seeing self checkouts removing the human element. Grocery shopping is a thing some of us can still do. Please get new electric carts and a few larger ones. I have long legs. Thanks. Best bakery apple fritters I have in a long time

Publix has improved greatly. A shout out for a shopper (Kandie) who went beyond caring helping me sack groceries then assist placing car. Having another painful day, limited motion of my arms. Sometimes I yell out blaming military for my condition, but truth injuries could had happen while employed. Bottom line nobody can predict their future; Jesus already has your future laid out. Just have to deal with what life gives you. 🙄

Clean and very orderly store. The staff was very friendly and courtesy. The lady in bakery goods and the pharmacy, were very helpful. Also, the sushi chef had a big welcoming smile, and gave me a warm hello. The sushi was delicious. The cashier and bagging person completed my visit with greetings and helpful information. Loved the smiles from the staff. It appeared they were happy to be working at Publix , and it made me feel good to be there.

They stop serving fried chicken out of the fresh hot case around 7pm. I showed up shortly beforehand and almost all of their chicken was in the "hot case" self serve shelves next to the fresh hot case. Though they do not work. All of the chicken in said hot case was cold. If I'm paying normal prices for prepared chicken, then i expect it to be hot n fresh. Why else have a hot case if it doesnt work or isnt turned on?

Very organize and efficient! The fruit was very fresh and amazingly large. They have self check out and the customer service was great. Highly recommend !

Of course they had everything I needed, plus a bit more. However, the best part of my visit was with my cashier, an older man with white hair & beard, efficiently ringing up my groceries & bagging them. We had a short, but pleasant "surface conversation" & I found myself immediately liking him... then I looked @ his name tag. It said "Scoop". That made me smile! 🙂 I hope he is there next time I buy groceries - i will definitely choose his lane!

The actual shopping experience is pleasant. Now we all know the prices are higher than most but publix does tackle the issue with stacked couponning. I myself have bought three 12 pack of coca cola products for only 5dollars. But you have to watch publix's coupons along with manufacturer. Now I do miss Lisa that used to work at the pharmacy but the new staff and setup will do.

The pharmacist was excellent. He was more informative than my urgent care peds NP (down the road) who acted like she would rather be just about anywhere else! He answered all the questions she didn’t have time for! Very kind and knowledgeable as was the woman who checked me out.

I would like to say thank you to LaNard for going above and beyond to assist me with finding some Pepperidge Farm cookies. I love great customer service & PUBLIX.

This store is always clean and has sufficient staff when just about every other store I visit struggles to keep enough staff on-duty. Selections of items I was seeking was very good and produce was very fresh. I found my favorite Holiday dairy product (Boiled Custard) in stock where I could not find anywhere else. Check-out is relative quick and staff were friendly, greeting and helpful. I just wish Publix was in my home town.

Went to pick up child's meds and was told would be ready in hour. Came back and lady said need a little longer I have 2 small kids and came back almost hour and half later still couldn't fill 1 antibiotic. There is always such a wait if you say give us an hour but mean a few hours tell people. Moving to another pharmacy where can fill wanted.

I did a pick up order that went smoothly but also had an instore order for the bakery. I went in and got my cookie cake just fine no issues but they did not have my assorted gourmet cookie platter ready (I pre-ordered both 3 days before) and I waited while they threw it together. I specifically ordered the player early for the chocolate chunk cookies(my sons birthday and they are his favorite). When they gave me the player I did not see any chocolate chunk. So I stood in the bakery section checking my order to make sure that I was not mistaken and I had ordered the correct thing. As I am doing the a man dust mopping the floor clears his throat and asks me to move twice. I'm 36 weeks pregnant. I'm sorry but there's 26 thousand additional square feet on store you can dust mop other than the 5 square feet I'm standing in trying to check my order. I may have been sensitive because I'm pregnant but as an employee I would have just mopped around the very pregnant woman instead of rudely asking her to move twice. So after I have checked my order and seen that yes I ordered the variety with the chocolate chunk I ask the lady in the bakery and she states that's all they have. So I hand her the platter back and tell her I do not want it then. I purposely pre-ordered much in advance to have them specifically. What was the point of taking the time to preorder?

It's 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. There's only two registers open and there's 30 people in line. This is the most disorganized Publix in the city. Please do better

The store was very well organized and clean. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 3 stars is because I feel as though they're over pricing certain wine products. I think it's a bit price gouging. Taylor's Dry Sherry should not be right at $12 a bottle because it has definitely been purchased in other cities other than Montgomery for much, much less.

Always enjoy shopping at this location. I'm almost always able to find the specialty items I need for new recipes. I'm confident in the quality of the food purchase at Publix.

👍 When I want to beat the long lines at Walmart I ways come over to Renfroes. They have a great wine and beer selection. There are less options than a large grocery store like Walmart but they have a nice butcher and good produce.
