Great food at a reasonable price. Large portions. Breakfast comes with grits, eggs, toast, and choice of meat. Breakfast sandwiches and pancakes also available. Don't let the line discourage you.

Tastiest breakfast spot I've been too in a while! Friendly staff, good prices, good combos. Place seems to be always packed which is a good sign that this is authentic, tasty local food. Highly recommend!

I have passed by this place almost everyday and there is a line every morning. This morning I got up early and tried it out. The girl at the window was extremely nice and helpful and could tell it was my first time. Awesome customer service! I went for the pancakes and I was extremely pleased!

If you aren't local the drive in xan be intimidating, but it's well worth it! This is good southern cooking, not tourist hype! Ate catfish with cheese grits and shrimp and grits... so good!!!! Wish we found this before our last day in town!! They have every flavor of kool-aid and it was made exactly as it should be!

This place is nothing short of absolutely great ! First things first, the customer service is Impeccable ! The food is outstanding ! I love the prices there. Fish, Cheese grits, cheese eggs, and a drink ! Can't beat that no where. The Salmon is absolutely delicious. I recomend this community restaurant to all . You'll love it ! I'll keep going back !

My husband went to pick up the food and share his thoughts on how the place looked. The actual restaurant is raggedy. There’s no tables or chairs to eat inside. However, the food is really good.

Food was Amaaaaaaaaaaazingg!!! Top TIER 👏👏 No doubt about that. Ok , let’s get to the main SUBJECT for when someone post-judgement on assuming you couldn’t be from the area and it had to “ClEARLY” be your first time placing an order because my guest asked for a menu. What grind my gears is the fact that a person will see you with a Gucci or Louie bag and make harsh judgments not even knowing you could be from the area to , just because a person might carry themselves a bit different don’t mean they gotta be handled like that . Being treated differently with customer service made me feel like I was a bit out of place in my own hometown just because the waitress made us feel like we were in the wrong place trying to order food ( also asking Questions ) . BG has always been my favorite places as a teenager to eat from. Not to mention it is the MOST WEll known Breakfast Diner in the city.

This place has the best breakfast, if I could eat here every day I would. You can get turkey wings, neckbones, and cornbread at 6 in the morning, they're always packed. Limited parking, I suggest you call in your order, then pickup, oh, you get a good Ole cup of kool-aid with every meal, I like the apple, full of flavor.

We visit Montgomery every year to visit family and find different places to eat while visiting. This was one of the most delicious breakfasts we've had

Food is always good. The wait time on call in orders 5-7mins if that and that is because some items are cooked to order.

The food was amazing. It's the same every time I visit. The staff was nice and welcoming. I was amazed by how fast my order came out... I always get the Bologna, egg, and cheese sandwich with an orange homemade Kool-aid ...by far the best mom and pop shop in Montgomery... located on one of Montgomery's historic landmarks

Affectionately known as BG's...this is my absolute favorite breakfast spot. I highly suggest to get there before 10am to ensure you'll have access to the full menu. After that, things may be sold out...or there may be a longer wait than usual. They only accept cash...which has been a reason I have patronized other businesses when I really want BGs. Other than the fact they dont accept cards, BGs is a local treasure. Get in as early as possible to avoid the crowd!

A local gem found near downtown Montgomery. Has a 5 star breakfast with delicious Kool-aid to wash it down. Yummy

This take out only restaurant has the best southern soul food breakfast in the Montgomery area.

I looked up breakfast places near me and this came up never been there before so I took a chance. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the food was delicious, my only thing is they only accept cash payments which is kind of inconvenient other than that I highly recommend 🙂
