As a Tourist in Montpellier I was looking for something of good quality. Disappointed. Bad service and cheap: Students managing it part-time, no experience at all. I asked for the boss and the kid working there told me that he pass "sometimes" in the month.

The waiter said he would bring my change quickly. He didn't and proceeded with attending other customers. I reminded him to do it as I was in a hurry. He didn't like it and finally brought me my change in 5c and 10c coins.

I have visited this place today (17th July 2022) with my wife. Unfortunately they have behaved vary badly because we did not like their mojito cocktail. They brought back twice and bring same one at the end one of the French guy brought the mojito and he has knock the glass on the table very hardly and he was so nervous and I have called him and I told him that you can not behave like this, I am the customer. He has suddenly changed his language to French and I told him please speak in English and what a pity that he said you are in France and you must speak in French than he left. I did not stay over there and I paid their money. I understand that he does not like tourists in their bars but he likes to get money from the tourist. I recommend that if you are not French you must not go his bar.

The only nice thing about the place is the view. I had a tea and a cappuccino. Honestly, I never thought is possible to screw up a tea… and the cappuccino never saw the coffee beans probably… If you wanna enjoy the view, just order a coke or water. Anything else is at your own risk😁

Incredibly rude waiter. Rude to women. They should kick him out of France.

It's a mess, really. The food wasn't just average, it was above that! The worse part is that I just bought a crèpe and a coffee... so to be able to fail that is quite extraordinary! Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you're reading this in front of the restaurant, wondering if it could be a nice place for diner, just look around you. The place is filled with restaurant and I can assure you that every single one of them is a better place than that filthy mess (yes, even the McDonald!)

Many options that I wanted were unavaible, but the Glace i ordered was ok. Less tasty and more expensive, like the other places on place de comedie.

The crepe is ok, the coffee in the picture supposed to be a cappuccino (I mean come on?), of which the chocolate powder on top tasted salty. The the weird policy that coffee is more expensive after 6pm (what?), that Pepsi is brought in a Bacardi glass (you kinds pay for presentation here as well), and the waiter was incredibly impatient and showed it. Very rude. He also tipped himself one euro, even announced it, and got the crepes wrong. And the crepes weren't anything special either. The one star more because this is partially a waiter problem, and the location is really nice. But there are other Cafés there too - maybe go there instead!

Thought is was fresh orange juice but instead it was a normal carton juice. 🤦🏻‍♂️ The view is nice.

Place is nice with good coffee and atmosphere. But we ordered a waffle and crepe, both with very poor amount of chocolate inside. That was a bit disappointing since it felt quite cheap and unprofessional for the kind of place

Very polite waiters, replaced my drink for free once I spilled it. Good drinks and music, also not too expensive. I've been in Montpellier for 2 weeks, was in this bar 5 times.

Really unfriendly stuff and bad quality of the served food. I shoud better check the google-ratings next time before I waste my time and money at a place like this.

Pina colada cheap and bad… still kind of expensive. Waiting time for an ice cream 25 min. The waiter says it is how it should be.

I had churros in this lovely cafe by the place de la comédie. The cashier was very friendly and churros were very good. Very affordable also. Recommended.
