Too “business” oriented, getting customers through quickly (which stresses out customers because you are being rushed), to the detriment of care unfortunately. 3 stars because it is clean, renovated, nice waiting room, free juices and drinks, TV etc. But it’s more like that; I would have preferred a more personalized service, listening to the customer and for the dentists to take their time to detect the real problems (my dentist, I prefer not to name him so as not to damage his reputation, did not detect a major problem); In short, I tried but this clinic was not for me ;)

I only have positive things to say about this dental clinic! Dr Maxime Desrochers and his assistant were fantastic. They saw me urgently for a toothache and it was broken and it went smoothly and with understanding. He listened and was able to respond to my needs by helping me. giving options with prices to put me at ease financially. Honestly I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 😊 Thanks for everything! ❤🙏👏

Courteous appointment scheduling and responsible management of radiological examinations. Offers an alternative treatment to fillings against decay. The instruments are clean and packaged according to sterilization standards. Hygienist Maria Angelica is a gem. She shows thoroughness and attention making cleaning pleasant. BRAVO 👍

I called at the last minute today crying so much that I was in agony over a tooth. Another dentist had told me a certain diagnosis. I then went to see at my clinic (this one) if they had room to accommodate me. They found me a place without problem and very quickly. My dentist was not present today so a colleague took over and I can guarantee you that it is the best experience of my life so far. Very nice team, very warm welcome, very good service, attentive. The dentist in question investigated and found my problem (which was NOT what the dentist at another clinic told me) I am very grateful! Thanks thanks thanks !

Great service for emergencies: I called at 7:30 a.m. for dental pain, and I had an appointment the same morning! The clinic is super clean, it looks like it is new or freshly renovated. Also, the dentist took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment to me.

I have been going to this clinic for almost 25 years now and the welcome is always fantastic, the dentists are very professional and friendly, describe what they are going to do and they warn you to let them know if something is wrong which I don't know. has never happened until now.
