Freaking delicious gluten free and vegan Mediterranean pizza (minus a couple allergies items). The sauce had a beautiful zing that kept me coming back for more. The gf base wasn’t dry or hard too, quite good. Opening the door to pick up our order and we were smacked with the most delicious smell that made my mouth water. The staff/owner were absolutely sweethearts too:) I’d happily go again and again. Be aware that wait times may be high as it is a popular spot❤️

This was the best pizza and best service I have experienced in a long time. Also, great value for money. Only 3 indoor tables and 3 outdoor tables. So, best to book in or do take away.

We love Mad Raven pizza! The food is so delicious and well presented. There's a great variety of pizzas on the menu and so many vegetarian and vegan options too. The staff are beautiful and friendly and everything is delivered with a smile. The restaurant is small and so cosy, if you want to eat inside, definitely book ahead. The outdoor area also has heaters and a cosy atmosphere. If you live anywhere on or near the mountain, you have to try these pizzas!

To be frank, I was initially hesitant about visiting this place, but after trying their pizza, I can confidently say that it was well worth the 1 hour and 20 minutes drive from the west. I plan on visiting Max Raven Pizza again when I am in the vicinity of the east. The Lamp Borek pizza is a game-changer and I highly recommend that everyone gives it a try. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality that was extended to me in such cold weather. Thank you

My partner and I came here for our anniversary, the staff were so lovely I can’t find the words to describe it, the restaurant is so cute and cosy too. The pizzas were amazing I looked and mine and couldn’t help but say “I could eat two of these to myself” haha they were so nice the base was beautiful, not too doughy and not too crunchy just perfect, the sauce was lovely and toppings beautiful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back next time we’re in the mountains

We had dinner last night at Mad Raven and one word simply - wow. Top to bottom pizzas were amazingly juicy yet still somehow crispy. Awesomely friendly staff, great ambience dining in, still a bit shell shocked at how amazing the pizza is - no joke. 10/10.

I used to live in Olinda and ordered here (for pick up - I recall the restaurant being small) from time to time. I’ve now moved all over and I honestly still think of this place! I’ve made homemade pizza a few times and referred to their menu because their combinations are just spot on. Delicious, organic, made with care. Would def go back when/if I’m in the Dandenongs again. :)

Best garlic bread I've ever had! Roasted pumpkin pizza was okay, but could have had more flavour. Service was divine and great vibe! Will be back to try a different vego pizza! Call ahead to book a table inside.

Lovely restaurant with great atmosphere. Service was amazing and they really took care of me and my small family! Ordered the "Lamb Borek" and "The Roman" pizza's and both were amazing as well as the Garlic Bread Side. Would definitely come back again and would suggest others pop in for a visit!!

One of the best pizzerias in Melbourne! You really can't go wrong with any of these, they all taste amazing! The Aubergine Dream is one of favourites that we get each time though and will highly recommend. Call early as they do get busy - they are extremely popular in the area after all.
