The food was good. The service was friendly. However, even though the menu said 3 euros for adding fries and drink, in the end we were charged 3 for each of fries and drink. Lastly the seating area should be cleaner.

Von Außen sieht das Restaurant nett aus. Das Serviceteam war bei der Bestellung nett. Das Essen war aber leider enttäuschend. Die aufgegebene Bestellung wurde nicht richtig ausgeführt und nachdem bei den Kindern fälschlicherweise Käse drauf war und wir dies moniert haben, haben wir das Fleisch mit weggeschnittenem Käse und halbiert wieder zurück bekommen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es das würde immer so aussehen. Die Pommes waren richtig durch fritiert und auch die Sauce der Bürger war nicht überzeugend und frischen Salat, frische Tomaten und Gurken gab es erst gar nicht. Sehr enttäuschend.

The burgers are pretty good all around. Well cooked and they have a good flavor. Some of the best burgers I've had in France. The fries are only about average though and the prices are a little high for fast food burgers. I'd recommend one of the menu items as opposed to creating your own because the few I've tried are all good. If money is not an issue I'd highly recommend this place for a fast food burger.

Zum Glück lässt sich über Geschmack streiten. Lecker sind die Burger allemal, allerdings sind die Preise alles andere als gerechtfertigt. Wer hier zu zweit satt werden möchte, sollte das Kleingeld zu Hause lassen. Die Pommes mit Bacon sind eine echte Bereicherung.

We ordered two Big Ferdinand burgers online and the burgers were so tiny. I mean I had to find the hidden patty under the jumbo bun which was as light as a feather so if you gobbled up the burger you would still be hungry craving for more. I mean you could definately have it as a light snack but not for dinner or lunch. I mean when we order from Au bureau, I think the delivery package weighs atleast a kilo🤭 Taste was good, the patty was well cooked but just disappointed with the size.

i tried the vegetarian burger, it was a bit of a disappointment, there was too much sauce and little to no taste. the spot is cosy and the staff is very nice.

We have been ordering from them at least once or twice per month during the last years and the quality has significantly deteriorated since april-may 2023. Yesterday was the most recent and last time we order from them. Five burgers ordered and payed, only three arrived. And the solution: come to pick up the other two! Instead of apologizing and offering to deliver ASAP what should be delivered on time, we should take the car, drive for 10mins, probably wait there and get two burgers 1 hour after the rest of group started eating. Great idea big fernand montrouge! Never again! If you cannot and do not want do deliveries, don't!

A bespactled guy welcomed us in a professional manner. We took a 16 euros formula (hamburger plus fries, plus beer with one euro extra). The Paulain was quite good with an eggplant, tasty. The best being the A/C which was pleasant but switched off after customers started pouring in (in France we are not used to AC). This joint is better than the Issy one because of spaces to sit in.

I fell in love with Big Fernand burgers in their super trendy restaurant next to Bibliothèque François Mitterrand. The burgers are very delicious especially the fluffy bun and the super juicy paty. There are very interesting burger combinations but you can also create your own burger (this is what I liked the most) and the ingredients are superb. I was impressed with the super friendly service, the excellent french fries and the phenomenal dessert jars with mascarpone cheese, cream and red berries.

If you are in dire need of a Portobello burger in Paris (like I am), Big Fernand is the place to go! Naturally, their Lucien is not P.J. Clarke's signature burger, but it is quite tasty and satisfying. Do not worry about being hungry afterwards: the sides are quite unnecessary!

Surprisingly not very crowded. Burgers are tasty but one might find that pricy though ..
