Staffs don’t wear any mask in serious situations about Virus now, and they are talking not interested customers , I understand service job it’s need to make people feel special and active to service customer all the time, food was ok I hope they improve their staffs in better way

KFC here tastes good but is not as tasty as in Indonesia (salty), Maybe Thai tastes are a little different. The location is inside the mall so it feels better. Try to speak Thai so you don't get the wrong order, because the workers there don't all speak English well.

Only 1 counter was open, so there was a long queue building up towards lunch time. The chicken while fairly good, was at times a bit tougher than normal, and may have been overcooked a little.

They didnt have zinger at 9pm.... I mean its Kfc! And the chicken wasnt fresh so i told them and they just recooked it and gave the same chicken even when i told them to make it fresh.
