11月26日の20時過ぎに注文。30分待ちとの事でしたが45分待ちで受け取れました。 クワトロチーズンロール、クワトロミートマックスを注文しましたが具もしっかりのっていましたし美味しかったです。 金曜日のせいか忙しい様な感じ。でもスタッフはお喋りしながら仕事していて待っている側からすると微妙でした。 入店時の「いらっしゃいませ」の挨拶もスタッフ７人もいるのに1人の声しか聞こえませんでした。

It’s a total mess… they don’t have any control of the orders. We made the order at 17:57 and were told that the pizza would be ready at 18:50, so we arrived to pick up the pizza at 18:50. However, we only got the pizza at almost 20:00, they made us wait 1 hour extra for no reason! We saw that the pizza was ready, but they KEPT saying that it was not! And when we asked for the last time they realised that the pizza was actualy ready 40 minutes ago and it was already COLD!!! So they had to heat up and we had to wait again! What happened is that they didn’t check the orders enough and we paid the price. There were so many staffs to confirm the orders and waiting for the pizza to be made… so I don’t understand the problem, maybe because it’s new but still.. We also saw that it was common for them. I find it so unnecessary and disrespectful to the customer. It's such a shame because the pizza is actually good.

まずは調理スタッフ。手袋もせずに食材をぶん投げる様にトッピングを仕分けしていた。食品を扱う店として有り得ない。それから袋が開かなかったのか、商品を詰めるスタッフが自分の顔の脂を指の潤滑剤にしていた。色々有り得なさすぎてドン引き。 レジの接客態度もゴミ。ボソボソ何を言っているか分からないし、客の注文も聞いてもいない。ここは責任者がいないのか？クリスマスに利用したが、空いていたのも納得。これからは近くのピザーラを利用したいと思う。

男性の方でした。凄くだるそうに対応され、おまけに受話器をガチャっと音を立てて閉められ、とても不愉快でした。教育はちゃんと出来ているのか、もしくは上の者がそういう態度なのか、、。本当にちゃんとした方が良いと思います。印象最悪です。ピザは美味しかったため、星2です。

クワトロミートマックスS￥1665を注文、チキン、ビーフ、ミート、カルビを使った肉４種類の肉好きのためのピザ。全体的に甘い味付けで飽きるかと思いきや、お肉それぞれの風味が立っていて、最後まで美味しく頂けました。

祝日仕事も休み、娘が食べたいと言うので久々頼んだ。 クワトロチーズロールとエビマヨ ・パンピザ・(クリスピーが上手いですが家族がお腹いっぱい食べるには薄すぎます)店まで田舎なので15分。できていて、店のお姉さんが「予約の方ですか？」待っている人１人。商品を用意するとカウンターの外迄運んで渡してくれて親切でした。温かい内に食べた方が良いので車内で娘は5枚食べました！食べてしまったので写真は二枚合流です。(*￣∇￣*)
