There is a government office inside the garden known as “Mahapaur Karyalaya “. A good place to have photoshoots. The place needs more maintenance and cleaning as it is a major spot for local people.

The italian garden is not that much of its name i didn't enjoy very much. It is good for mornings and evenings. But for afternoon its not do good. Its quite and many people came here to visit. Fountain system is good it has timing. Pond was so dirty. Both the sides. You can click photos here But there is no much spots for photography. The lake should be cleaned and maintenance should be there for the lake. There is no entry fees for entering the garden but there is no reason for taking money as well.

Pretty place for a quick relaxing walk, full of youth and well kept. There must be a solution for the swamp in the north though...

Italian garden is situated in Phool Bagh area of Gwalior city. It is about 2 Kms away from Railway station and is very close to Gwalior zoo. This park was built for the Royal ladies of Scindias during the rule of Daulat Rao Scindia.The theme of the park has been inspired by the Italian architecture. The park has a number of lined up Palm trees with lush green gardens all around the park. Beautiful fountains,ponds & lakes with stone canals are amazingly beautiful. Stylish benches are provided at different places for the comfort of the visitors. It is the most preferred place for the tourists and locals. People come here to enjoy their picnics and small parties. It is an ideal place for the morning walkers and joggers. Parking is available and the park is wheelchair accessible. During our visit the entry to the park premises was free. Good place for all who want peace and comfort amidst the noisy environment of the city.

One of the most maintained Garden in Gwalior. It offers beautiful view of birds in the morning and fishes in the ponds. The authority do take care of cleanliness and guidelines. I used to learn skating in Italian Garden back in 2005. And i am happy to see it well maintained today as well. It require replacement of floor tiles at few places but that's okay. Its sad to see very less children in park these days as they are busy scrolling instagram feed late at night.
