You get what you pay for. We stayed here for a night on our way through from Hadrian's Wall. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the room smelt of cigarettes smoke and the bathroom was dirty. There was mould in the shower and nail polish on the walls. It's a shame because it could be a nice place if cleaned up correctly.

Don't book it! Pay a little extra and stay in a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn etc. I know this hotel was a budget price of £90 for 1 night (room only) but I wish I'd paid a little extra, at least it would have been clean. It was dirty, see photos, there was paint peeling off the wall through damp, the shower plug hole was disgusting with black hair's in the sink. The bathroom door didn't close which is just as well as the handle was hanging on by 2 loose screws, one tug and it would come off in your hands possibly trapping you inside. As well as being dirty the room was very tatty, with chipped wood and stained carpet. On top if all this the room was very hot but at least they provided a fan, without asking! I could go on but I think you get the message, just don’t book it, it's not worth it.

Awful experience. False advertisement of the rooms as they look nothing like it! The room was poor with uncomfortable beds and a very small space for the price! Our door didn't shut unless locked! Our "private" bathroom is accessible to the entire floor and is very unclean. We asked for a refund on arrival or a change of room and both got declined. Poor customer service. Poor wifi and no tv channels. We won't be staying for breakfast. Awful. I do not recommend staying here.

Our stay was poor. A Friday night in Leeds, last minute hotel it did the job but unfortunately we booked what looked like a lovely double room and when we arrived in our room, we had payed for 2 single beds in a very small room. Not impressed. The pictures mislead us. Bad customers service at the front desk too. Wouldn't recommended

The location of the hotel is not bad and only 6 or 7 minutes of drive to town. However, the costumer service was very appalling and was not too happy with it. It was a last minute booking, cheap stay and not a great review on internet so we were not expecting too much. I would recommend only if you have no place to or cheap place to stay and it is liveable.

Stayed for one night with my boyfriend and 2 young children. We were happy with our stay you get what you pay for so it's possibly not for everybody but we would book again because of the value and the parking and location is good

Absolutely disgraceful. Should not be called a hotel, more like a bad hostel. Way overpriced at £90 per room no breakfast. Unfriendly staff. Avoid!

Sorry but its awful. Shower wasnt clean and there were cracks down the wall, bed had a hole in the mattress whole place was grubby. Gave it two stars because my partner and I worked out it's the 2nd worst hotel weve stayed rather than the worst.

Incredibly poor hotel. Room was extremely dirty with dirty towels lying around on the floor. Very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful staff also. I would NOT recommend this hotel one bit. Yes it has its location advantages but pay the extra bit of money for literally anywhere else. Management were very poor, not cooperative nor showed any helpfulness towards to my concerns. Avoid if possible.

Could do with an update, everything was very dusty and felt dirty. Service was pretty basic. Three of the lights in the room including bed side lights didn't even have bulbs in making the room very dark and difficult to get ready in. Parking was an added bonus. Overall basic accommodation but good for the price paid.

Arrived to be told the card machine wasn't working and had to pay cash,we asked if we could check into the room first as we had no cash on us and had just travelled 2 1/2 hours,we were told NO and had to go and find a cash machine...... When we finally got to the room it was freezing, went down to ask them to put the heating, on 20 mins later still no heating, after going down to them 2 more times we asked if we could have another room, they gave us another room, but this time the window wouldn't shut, when we went to reception again they said they would get the caretaker to come up.As we were coming up the stairs we passed the caretaker (who spoke very little English) coming out of a tiny store cupboard, this looks like where he sleeps as there was a mattress on the floor and food on shelves. The rooms are very dated and need of some TLC/Cleaning,such a shame as the location is perfect for the Town centre

Good location. Room was clean and spacious enough but had a few minor issues. The WiFi only just reaches the top floor so expect it to be intermittent if you are up there. There was only 1 set of electric sockets which were miles from the bed (not ideal for charging your phone). Also there is no breakfast at the hotel.
