Reception was not friendly enough. We arrived around 2:30 pm . They asked us £10 for early check-in . I understand that the check-in is 3 pm, and sometimes the room is not ready yet to check-in earlier. but when there is room available and ready, I think it is not nice to charge for a little earlier check-in. There was no air conditioning. They had put only a pedestal fan. The room was too hot although we kept the window open during the night,we couldn't sleep at all. I do not recommend staying there for hot days The bedroom was clean. The shower was great. Breakfast was average.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel while visiting my Aunt and Uncle. It was an absolutely fabulous hotel - check in was simple and they checked if we needed our room serviced or anything else. The remote for the TV didn't work, the reception clerks bought multiples until they found one that did. We were supplied extra towels, tea, coffee and milk without any fuss at all. I could not find a single thing wrong and would stay again in a heartbeat. It was fantastic.

We had a five night stay here the room and bathroom was very clean as you would expect I think this was the quietest Premier Inn we have ever stayed in as it's off the main road so we had a good nights sleep each night. the hotel does have a lift, staff were friendly and polite nothing was too much to ask for and made us welcome. We will definitely be back again.

Great location. Had to be let in to our room as key card wasn't working for anyone. Apparently. Speaking to other guests this is a common problem. Makes it difficult to come and go freely. Rooms clean and standard. Bed wasn't very comfy, nor the pillows. Didn't sleep well.

Stayed here for the week as I was working on the nearby industrial estate, perfect location forme. . Really enjoyed my stay here, clean, good size room & very quiet. Knocked a star off the room score as the automatic heating wasn't working, although there was a freestanding heater in the room which I used every night as it was quite cold outside. The heater was reasonable but difficult to control the room temperature.

Having stayed in a lot of Premiers for work this 1 is the usual high standard, staff very friendly and helpful, bed very good, room very clean. The only small problem was the t.v had the very very minimal freeview channel's and the remote control was ify, bar this small problem, would stay again.

Saturday night stay after family wedding. Usual Premier Inn good standard of cleanliness & layout. Staff very helpful & friendly during stay & before when accommodating an early check in to fit in with wedding start time.

Newish hotel, really clean with great size rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. A little out of the city centre, but an easy 15-30 min walk.

Love a premier Inn. The reliability is priceless. Can't compete with travel lodge for price but value for money is still amazing. Big clean room, comfy bed, bath, TV, kettle, cups, extra pillows and towels, Aircon, standing fan, heating etc... Staff were lovely and welcoming. Parking right outside and plenty. Price matches location. Didn't eat here but breakfasts are normally great compared to competition. Imagine you'd only get better if you spent more or got lucky with an independent. Again the reliability is priceless

Great big clean room. But better than that was the staff, Donna, Jane, Leann and natasha were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them and always had a smile on their face. Will definitely stay there again, they made my 3 weeks fly by.

Rooms starting to feel dated: window wouldn't close properly, no aircon, USB socket by bed broken, no light by door. Cheerful staff on reception however. No restaurant, just a Brewers Fayre across the car park which was typically disappointing.

Good location, Costa and Greggs nearby 3min walk, or you can use the beefeater nextdoor (Rhubarb Triangle) pub for breakfast. Room was comfortable and heating available at your control. Room was nice and clean Staff were really friendly and welcoming

We had a great stay at this Premier Inn. It's got the nicely prepared, comfy, clean room that you'd expect, thanks to Natasha and her team, and Teresa on reception was delightful. Even the grounds around the hotel were clean and had plants that looked well cared for. We'll be happy to return here.

Lovely staff that were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. You know what you're going to get at a Premier Inn. Clean and comfy rooms. There is a great Indian restaurant across the road too.

Very warm rooms, however they had a fan in the room. Window has a restriction on so you can't open it either. Come on Premier Inn get into the 21st century and invest in proper air conditioning as all your hotels suffer with overheating in the warmer weather.

The Inn was immaculate and worth the price for the weekend. The room was of a high standard and the bed was so comfortable that gives a perfect sleep. I would definitely stay here again as the staff were so polite and helpful...

Booked in advance and got 3 cheap rooms. Worked out to be a 20% saving. Staff were excellent. Hotel was spotless. Beds very comfy. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby to stock up on supplies. You do have to book the Brewers Fayre next door for breakfast or they will turn you away at the door as we found out. Parking was free and spacious

A good stopover on your journey, although the bed was a bit soft. The place is clean and relatively quiet. I booked an accessible room which came with a shower wet room with no steps and a seat under the shower. You have to specifically ask for this type of room, the other accessible rooms did not have this type of shower, only a bath with grab rails, this would be a problem if you are in a wheelchair. They have a deal with the pub next door on main meals and all you can eat breakfast. The breakfast was really tasty, it is supposed to be a buffet but due to covid you order through the waitress/waiter. I would recommend eating as early as you can, the later you leave it the less chance of getting all the food you want.

Only stayed foe one night but staff were friendly and the room was very clean. Went over to the brewers fayre and again staff were very welcoming and it had a good atmosphere about it. Breakfast next morning was just spot on.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Loved the comfy bed and blackout curtains. There wasn't a shaver point in the room but an adapter was available on request from reception. Plenty of parking available.

Up to all standards :) the only suggestion would be - placing a mat in the bathroom. Way too slipery for the children. Thank you :)

Premier Inn was ok, not the best I've stayed in but fine enough, the pub next-door Rubarb triangle was poor. Would not pick this place again.

Easy to find and located conveniently close to amenities. On arrival, Sharon, the receptionist was really helpful and welcoming. Located next door to Brewers Fayre, which catered for meals, drinks and breakfast the following morning. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable as usual. Would definitely stay again.

😠 Poor uncared-for motorway services. Very poor road directional signage on site. I drove past the narrow turning into the car park, inadvertently ended up at the petrol station. When finally going into the main building... I open the first of two doors into the toilets, and I was instantly hit with...
