I’ve
been
training
with
Fit20
now
for
around
3
years
&
I
have
to
say
it
is
the
only
fitness
regime
I
have
ever
managed
to
sustain
long
term.
Previously,
I
have
lost
motivation
&
had
transient
PT’s
resulting
in
me
giving
up.
At
Fit20
I
have
lost
weight,
inches,
&
bad
habits
&
gained
strength,
confidence
&
friends!
I
train
with
Nicola
at
Farsley,
she
is
amazing!
Nicola
is
highly
dedicated
to
her
clients,
she
is
always
super
friendly,
positive,
attentive
&
exceptionally
motivating,
adding
a
mindfulness
aspect
to
the
session
to
give
that
extra
power
boost!!
I
always
look
forward
to
my
weekly
session
&
Nicola
always
ensures
I
train
to
the
max
to
get
the
ultimate
gains!!!
I
was
gutted
recently
when
I
missed
out
on
a
session
due
to
having
covid
but
I
firmly
believe
that
training
with
Nicola
at
Fit20
has
given
me
the
boosted
immune
system
&
strength
towards
a
speedy
recovery!!!
