Wonderful, peaceful place to have some rest, surrounded by mountains. Very kind and hospitable owners. Super clean, interior nicely made. Peles palace it’s very close to this location. Will definitely drop by again ☺️

Amazing staff, owners are always there to assist you with anything you need, great breakfast, great location... And the lost goes on. Anytime I come to Sinaia I make Upper Residence a stop in my trip.

I think this is called Uphill Residence now. Spent a night. Very stylish, quiet, SPOTLESSLY clean, this is at least 4 stars at a 3-star price. Very polite and nice host. Generous checkout time so you don't need to rush, excellent breakfast. Extremely impressed. Will be returning 110%. Location is amazing too, near the Peles castle.

A great cozy hotel with nice rooms, comfortable and clean, and great staff who accommodated our every request. The hotel is also very convenient for skiing - a few minutes by taxi or 10 minutes walking from the ski lift.

Room was clean. No stains, no dust, no marks om the wall. Everything is brand new. Breakfast was perfect. They made the effort to deliver our breakfast into our room in order to respect the Covid-19 measures. The menu was changed every day and the products were delicious. Bathroom was big and the bathub massage was working Hosts were super friendly Matress of the bed was perfect Room was silent in the night. No background noise Overall: 10+

We spent a few days with the family for the New Year at Upper Residence and we had a great time. The building was recently renovated and it was very nice and clean. They had some parking spots on site which were a little tight but manageble. We stayed at the top floor which is a finished attic, so the rooms there were a bit small but cozy and clean. The breakfast was pretty basic but good. We were fairly close to the gondola lift and we were able to go skiing during our stay. The best part of our stay was the attention we received from the owners who were always there during the day and were very kind and helpful.

Extremely warm and welcoming hosts, excelent service, varied breakfast each morning and beautiful design of the residence. The room I stayed in had a bed next to a wall made of glass where you would see the mountain, it would make you feel like it's pulled out of a fairy tale. I wholeheartedly recommend this location for a winter getaway.
