Very cozy yoga studio! Everything is wonderfully equipped, wonderful halls and changing rooms. So far I have only attended a qigong class taught by Vladimir Sidorov. All liked it! Great for beginners, designed to teach relaxation techniques. At the same time there was a yoga class. While watching them, I noticed that the instructor actually approached everyone and corrected the asana, and this was very valuable.

An amazingly pleasant and comfortable place, with everything you need for life. I have only attended one class so far, and I can recommend it: yoga nidra - complete immersion into oneself.

Nice studio with a pleasant and comfortable interior/design. Many different practices and instructors. Reasonable prices, convenient website. Substitutions often happen, be sure to check the day before if it is important for you to practice with someone☝🏼

A very cozy space, well thought out for the convenience of studio visitors: equipment, comfortable changing rooms, showers, free water. After class you can drink tea and relax in a comfortable and very calm environment. Excellent teachers. I fell in love with this studio at first sight)

There is a lot of space, clean and cozy. The main plus is that the shower room has everything - a towel, cotton swabs. I would add shampoo and a delicious shower gel and put a basket where everyone can bring samples (mini advertising of some products) or we, the participants, can also bring “everything into the house” ;) I’m still getting acquainted with the teachers, we’ll see.

A year ago I bought an unlimited plan and was delighted - the studio was bright and comfortable, excellent teachers, a busy schedule. Now everything has deteriorated greatly. Classes are constantly being cancelled, often at the last minute, making it impossible to plan your day. Many good teachers have left.

I liked the interior atmosphere and design of the studio. Locker room, lockers with keys, shower (did not use). In the locker room there is a sink with a mirror and cosmetics - very convenient! I came to the class alone, but the class was not canceled and Ksenia Fazylova conducted it personally for me. It was useful, fun and very cool! :)

I love that the Yoga studio “Breathe” has sheltered an Argentine Tango school under its roof. Yoga as an ancient science and universal philosophy has been familiar to me since ancient times (this is my personal practice), and AT has been around for the last 15 months, starting in June 2022. I assure you that these activities have a lot in common and a lot of fun! :)
