Разнообразные тренировки, небольшие группы, чистый воздух, много света, всякие важные мелочи в раздевалке, полезные снэки и много воды, я даже стала фанатом воды с огурцом:))). Отношение тренеров и администраторов очень человечное, и сам подход к тренировкам нравится - бережно, но сильно.
