After visiting the salon I was left with an unpleasant aftertaste. I came to the hairdresser with a difficult task - to make a hairstyle that would suit my face shape, because I hoped that the declared top hairdresser could do something on his own, and not from a picture from the Internet. But let’s put that aside, I realized that I wouldn’t achieve anything here and agreed to trim what I now have on my head. Next, before washing my hair, I warned the hairdresser about my skin disease - psoriasis, and asked not to wash it with shampoo so much as I have allergies and itching not to the medicinal product. The master did not ask any additional questions at all (which also alarmed me) and did not offer alternative shampoos (since they position themselves as a premium segment) such diseases are always accompanied by allergies and it was strange not to ask about this. We washed my hair and went to get a haircut, before that they applied thermal protection to my hair and skin without asking, without asking about the reaction - there are no words. After the haircut, I paid for the hairdresser’s work and went home. After 10-15 minutes, a severe allergy to their products began and I urgently needed to wash my scalp with medicated shampoos and take medications. Immediately after this, I wrote a review to master Olga that I had an allergic reaction after the visit, to which the SALON DID NOT REACT AT ALL. In general, this salon is not for people with allergies, and hairdressers who position themselves as specialists need to go back to school. “Thank you” for ruining your mood and skin, wasting your time and money! P.S. If you position yourself as premium, then guests are usually also offered tea or coffee, which they expect in the waiting area, this is for you in the future. This salon is not for people with allergies, because no one cares!

I signed up through the app for this salon’s proprietary “grivarost” service, which restores hair. I did it for the 2nd time. After manicure, the hair became very soft, delicate and silky (it was sent to be hard). Master Olga 👍🏼. I liked the new electric cap. The girls offered coffee, tea and champagne 🥂 😊. While the composition was absorbed, I drank a very tasty cappuccino with chocolate topping ☕️. Olga is very careful when working and polite.
