As a result, the pedicure “master” refused to cover her nails with varnish, citing the fact that she did not have time (but this is not my problem). And the gel manicure peeled off after 2 days. As a result, I traveled further with a terrible manicure!!!! And I broke several nails. I always wear a manicure for 4 weeks!

This is the second time I’m designing and tinting my eyebrows with henna, the second time the girl reacted restlessly to the request to make my eyebrows a little narrower, and ended up erasing everything... there was an incomprehensible reaction on her part, but in the end I fixed everything. But everything could have been done calmly and at the salon level. There should always be rights on the client side

Пришла в салон не зная инцидента с Аленой и хочу сказать что визажист не супер и продукты не совсем проф как она сксзала мне , сразу все спрятала только карандаши показала и сказала что все стерильно (сомневаюсь). Посмотрела видео Алены Я В ШОКЕ, Бородина эта не та звещда чтоб простым людям такое говорить , Алена тоже публичная личность и Ксения ни коем образом не должна была оскорблять и блокировать её. Не по человечески обращаются. Есть намного круче салоны медийных личностей у которых по сотни миллионов в инсте и все они ща продвижение и съемку. Не зазнавайся Бородина, не все люди как ты!

What’s most disgusting, perhaps, is that the face of the salon, Ksenia, so unflatteringly, without understanding the situation, addresses Alena in her stories, before Alena’s vlog itself came out. A design that is bursting at the seams is a minus. Hairdresser's products - Schwarzkop - minus. Seriously?! Ksenia didn't have enough money? Or it’s only enough for unreasonable rudeness and absolute lack of customer focus. Disgraceful. This is the first time I’m writing a review to a place I’ve never been to. I just want people to know what kind of abomination is going on there before they want to go there.

I went for makeup. Very terrible. I brought a photo of the makeup I wanted, it turned out not at all what I wanted...
