Stayed here for three nights. Liked everything about the hotel. Spacious well maintained room, clean and comfortable bed. Washrooms are clean and spacious. Location was good, five minutes walking from metro; five minutes walking distance to Ismalovo market & tourist site. Had a great stay

The photos they publish about this hotel are a lie, the quality is terrible, it is not as seen in the photos, the hotel is horrible, the service is bad and they do not give you the necessary information, the hotel staff only speak Russian for What the language is a barrier, they strongly discriminate against visitors who are not Russian and even do contempt actions and sneak a laugh in our face, I do not recommend it, the reviews on this page such as the photos could be false, very careful! I do not recommend this place! 🚨 🚨 🚨

We booked this hotel for 15 days and writing this review after 4 days if check in. We regret now why we have booked this hotel. It is 4 star as per them but even it wont be gives services as 2 star. No hot water comes. Cleaning not good. They wont make beds ready. Bedsheets wont change for 5 days. They forget to keep bath towels and toiletries. Room make up done very late. Remove and throw Guests water bottles during room make up. Limited items in breakfast. Wonder how this hotel is 4 star. I won’t be book this hotel again. Thanks.

Great place, rooms clean with plenty electric sockets. Good bed and pillows, absolutely great choice for breakfast. Very attentive staff in breakfast room, and if you speak.to.them first friendly, however you need to speak first. Would book.again and recommend.

The good: - Great location, near the metro and the park, friendly staff. - In the room you have windows that can be cracked open, even on the higher floors, bath robes and quite big, suitable for larger people, the bathrooms are in a good condition and they have great water pressure in the shower. - The breakfast buffet is incredibly diverse and abundant, we didn’t lack anything, even our 5 year old found foods he likes. The bad: - There are discrepancies between how the rooms are represented on big brand booking sites and the reality (bed size for example was inconsistent) - Cleanliness is very partial. Once we slightly shifted the bed the layer of dust underneath was enough to hide the rug’s pattern. Once I complained they moved me to a different room. I was given a lot of excuses around bed models and etc. - The air conditioner during the summer might not be enough. I was told that it’s central and a bit weak. Anything below 25 degrees outside you’ll be fine, above consider asking for a room facing north.

I am staying in this hotel right now I am sorry to say but the room service is very poor ..they didn’t give water bottles on next day… Even shower gel ,shampoo and tooth brush was not available after first day… this cant be a four star hotel…Room size very small The best thing about this hotel is that grocery shops are near by and metro is 2 min walk …

Nice hotel. No A/c and being from Northern Canada, room was uncomfortably warm. Maintenance came and turned off steam, which fixed issue. Windows also slightly opened as well, so I ended up comfortable enough. When it is windy, which is almost everyday, the wind seems to blow through the elevator shafts and makes an annoying whistle that can be heard throughout the lobby and cafeteria area, but enjoying coffee and breakfast at the many nearby places really made this not much of an issue. Overall, nice and clean, good housekeeping, friendly staff and good location near the metro(subway). I would stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

Optimum in terms of price-quality ratio, a spacious family room, there is everything you need in the room, a refrigerator, toiletries, a razor with cream, plastic partitions instead of curtains in the bathroom and this is a plus, slippers, bathrobes, a TV with Internet and applications, but there are no sockets next to bed and next to the sofa and that's a minus. There are magazines with the order of additional goods with a note to call the reception for the order, although the reception did not know about it, I had to call several times and specify, but all the same we delivered all the goods on time. dry cleaning, laundry and ironing services are also available. On the ground floor there is a fitness center for training, but only in its removable shoes. At the reception there are always long lines and you have to wait a long time. Convenient taxi access to the entrance. Nice view from the highest floors. Near shops, cafes, restaurants, strip clubs and other entertainment venues. Exchange office on the ground floor.

Great location ( next to the metro), great welcome with glass of champagne, security is very polite and doing their job clearly performed; the room has everything what need and very clean with excellent view from window. The beds are with comfortable mattresses and high quality bed linen. Also, the variety of buffet ( breakfast,dinner) on the second floor is very impressive. Manager and staff are very professional in communication and service with guests. Delicious unfiltered tub beer... Furthermore the cost for all that was very reasonable. Differently will choose this hotel for the next visit of Moscow.

The employees are very adequate and pleasant to talk. The culture of communication with customers is good.
