Impressive architecture, extraordinary breakfast, extremely comfortable beds, great gym, quite central location, pleasant bathroom amenities, nice spa, and a large pool. Absolutely shoddy hotel with no concern for the guests. They have their own rules and will not bend them even if they are wrong. Complete wrong choice by us,never again. Was a nightmare from reservations to check out on day 3. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Good location, though not very central and not that close to the subway station (critical if you want to walk in Moscow). On another hand if you travel by car, the hotel has very good parking. The hotel itself is very comfortable. There are also so many upscale restaurants near it. One of my strong preferences for stay at Moscow. They also have a restaurant for two on the very top which me and my wife enjoyed a lot, but you should book it ahead.

It is nice hotel. The staff including the doorman can speak English which was a big relief. We went to the observation deck . We told them to prepare our drink till we came back. But, the staff is very slow and inefficient. Ultimately, we just took orange juice and left as we were in a hurry.

Good hotel all over. Location - perfect but you might want to walk rather than take a taxi due to heavy traffic. Service great. Team was very accommodating, we had a birthday cake as a compliment from the chef and balloons decorations in our room. As well as an upgrade and an early check in. All those little things make a difference when away from home. Swimming pool and sauna is a must. Lovely view from the open terrace on the 33 floor. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Nice coffee available at any time. The hotel was bussing in the evening but very quiet throughout the day.

Ich war einmal vor langer langer langer Zeit in diesem Hotel. Damals hieß es noch Hotel Ukraina. Es ist ein Riesen Hotel so das ich mich mehrfach verlaufen habe. Ich habe gute Erinnerungen an das Hotel.

Very good hotel, friendly staffs, nice foods

Nice and comfortable hotel. With a wonderful view of the river and Government House. The wide hall with the beautiful interior welcoming you from the first step. Very kind and polite staff. Cozy and light rooms. The big choice of cars for transfers. Thanks to the management and staff.

Absolutelly stunning! Amazing interiors, beautifully furnished rooms and cleanliness! On top of that is the breakfast buffet consisting of vast range of hot and cold dishes. *For lazy ones, breakfast can be ordered to the room. Thank you very much for making our stay in Moscow so amazing!

Can't wait to visit here again .those 15 days in Radisson hotel and the cruise river tour party was literally heart touching and best moments for me in Moscow . World architecture of the Sovjet epoch. Very nice view point on top of the building. Round view between Moscow City centre (Kremlin), Arbat Street und new skyescraper Moscow City.

This place is must go to on any trip or tour of moscow. The hotel is absolutely Immaculate and the staff speaks many different languages. There are lots of restaurants many with great city views high up in the gothic Towers. Even if you just come for afternoon tea or light snack it's well worth it. Every time I come to Moscow I visit. If you spend the night make sure you get the breakfast buffet it is great and very reasonably priced.

- Small suite room with a view facing air conditioning system (floor14) - Minibar with sensors, no room for my caviar - Poor sound isolation between rooms, if someone throws a party on the floor, then you’re in no matter what + Great breakfast + Great fitness club with a DJ on Fridays!

Amazing view of moscow from 29 and 33 floor

Staff barely spoke English and we're not accommodating at all. Staff quality similar to hostel and not 5 star hotel.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Collection Hotel and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
