Two stars are more what this hotel deserves, the room is awful and the bed sheets are old and stinky, everything in the hotel -except the staff- was disappointed, not recommended at all.

Very beautiful hotel with amazing views to Red Square. Tasty breakfasts and nice swimming pool. Stuff doesn’t deserve any star as they don’t speak English and they are not helpful at all.

Very nice hotel and event space, as well there is a gallery at the basement you may visit good events and modern excellent exhibits. I love to see the Kremlin from roof restaurant. One of the nicest hotels downtown of Moscow.

Great location but nothing else. The room was dirty, bed was dirty, the didn’t even change it after someone else. Toilet was with hairs, floor and carpet as well. On the breakfast they bring nuts, but they knew we have allergies. When we asked for refund they refused. They offered us 7000 points for stay, after we asked how mush does it cost to stay here with points, they just said that 7000 points to stay in the Moscow city hotel. They lied about it, because we wanted points to stay here. Or they offered us 50% refund. We took it. BAD customer service, very bad. And this is in the center of Moscow !

This hotel is a true gem - you go back in time and immerse yourself into an atmosphere of Soviet luxury. Red carpets, marble stairs, crystal chandeliers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, you can opt for having your breakfast served in your room. It met and exceeded all my expectations and it's worth every penny. It is a hotel not to be missed!

This hotel is situated right in front of the red square. Enjoyed my stay there during the business trip. It has a classical design, a lot of beautiful paintings, friendly stuff.. Overall highly recoomend. One nigth in standart room will cost approximately 20k rubles.

Location couldn’t be better and everything inside the hotel was first class. The service was first rate and the breakfast was great. Katarina the concierge gave us a tour of the hotel and it was delightful. She was amazing with a huge heart too and is such an asset to Marriott; well done!

Very luxury, nice hotel in the centrum of Moscow

Great for a romantic getaway. This place preserved an authentic vintage early 20th century look. Suites are spacious and cozy. Wouldn’t stay there for an extended stay as it just too grandiose and doesn’t feel homey but perfect for short romantic stays. I imagine weddings can be great there as well.

If you want to experience Heritage.... This is the place

This place never fails to impress with everything. The downstairs restaurant Zhivago is superb, Soviet theme with impeccable dishes. Beluga on 2nd floor is impressive. Rooms are exquisite, high ceilings, great decor and attention to detail

Located perfect exact in the centre of Moscow. Walk distance to every attraction.Worth to take a breakfast at the “Doctor Zivago” restaurant downstairs.Hight level Russian cuisine for the Starbucks price (have to reserve by advance) Old historical building 1903.So rooms not big and comfortable,but stay overnight acceptable. Extremely warm in the room (winter time).Not enough humidity.

Worth staying to enjoy the location. Cheap and hence a good option for low-budget travellers. Overall, I can't say if it's worth it or not to stay here, the answer is probably on the middle between these two options.

Very bad cleaning service. There is no description for this thing. The employees are not friendly and they turned us away from the minibar because they said that we ate nuts and we did not eat anything from there and we paid for Nats. I stayed in the hotel for 10 days and they only cleaned twice and they do not change the bedding or put in Kleenex. The bathroom has very bad service
