I went for breakfast. She sat down. I wanted to order through the website. As soon as you go from the “Breakfast” page to the “Rules of the promotion”, the page is inaccessible. The waiter came up, took the order and disappeared. My question about when the order would be delivered was answered within 5 minutes. As a result, I left after 40 minutes because I didn’t expect to spend that much time on breakfast in this cafe. At the same time, there were at most 5 people in the hall. How long to wait for a larger landing?

I'm just shocked! We were in this establishment on 05/22/23 and our order was not calculated correctly, we only saw the receipt when we left and called immediately. They said they would figure it out and call. I waited exactly 24 hours and called back myself. They said they were looking into it and would get in touch. Today I call on May 25th and they just stupidly don’t answer!

The manager is terrible. Does not take responsibility and misleads clients.
