But I absolutely agree with the reviews of patients (citizens) regarding doctorsā€™ refusal to come home with a temperature of 39! On December 18, 2023, I called a doctor to my house with a temperature of 39 and 2 and no one came, and surprisingly, the electronic record contained a recording of the audio protocol of A.YU. KHANBEKOVA. (THERAPIST) with unreliable information about the patientā€™s health status (but other executive authorities will look into this). At the same time, no one called me and asked about my condition. I had to take a double dose of Ibuklin, make an appointment with a doctor and go. In addition, the pressure due to all this has increased. I would also like to note the incompetent and boorish attitude of operators 122. Naturally, it is difficult for the chief doctor to monitor the work of his subordinates, but I would like him to note the work of certain of his employees, in particular A.Yu. Khanbekova.

    Hello, dear leaders. Please clarify the situation with the ultrasound appointment. Within two months, for the second time we take a referral and try to get an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity. We follow the instructions of the staff! We donā€™t often ask for help under compulsory medical insurance. Today we caught the recording, signed up and a tick and the words ā€œyou are registeredā€ were displayed. But the patient doesnā€™t have a record, it just evaporated. What a disgrace! If the clinic cannot provide services under compulsory medical insurance, then we need a written refusal from your organization.

    The first two days they called me and asked me to stay in quarantine, asking about my condition. They said that the quarantine and all sick leave will be until February 4 (starting from the date of the appointment with the doctor and taking the test). They also said that after 10 days they would come and do a repeat test for me, and they would call me before that. All these days no one called me or asked my condition (what if I was very ill?). I could not get through to the indicated telephone numbers of hospital number 64 located on the Internet, one was unavailable, the second does not exist, the third did not answer for 30 minutes. No one ever contacted me for a retest! When will they come do it for me? How much longer and until what date should I sit? Should I make an appointment myself or will they make an appointment for me? Everything is very unstructured! The worst thing is that when I called the telephone numbers of all city hospitals in Moscow (common line), they told me that at the moment it was impossible to contact hospitals by telephone, only in person! Are you kidding me? How people with coronavirus in quarantine will come in person! Did you deliberately turn off all telephone signals in the midst of a pandemic? Why then are 3 hospital phone numbers posted on the Internet? For beauty? What if I were a 90-year-old grandmother who didnā€™t have a recording application and was dying? Would I personally have to go to you? Have a conscience, if you turn off all your means of communication and do not answer calls, then at least call and notify yourself. Apparently patients with unclosed sick leave should come and infect everyone here.

    My child was admitted to this clinic upon reaching 18 years of age. And not even a month had passed before the poor-quality medicine of clinic 64 showed itself in all its glory. During the week, the administration canceled the appointment with the therapist 2 times with the comment ā€œthe therapist Zhuginisova was urgently removed from the appointment.ā€ 2 times a week! We corresponded and were removed from the appointment again. What does re-recording have to do with not day after day, but every other day or two. Those. It has been impossible to get an adequate treatment prescription for a week now due to poor tests. And then they ask why patients self-medicate - probably because clinics constantly cancel appointments and it is not possible to receive adequate treatment from a doctor in a clinic. P.S.     Disgusting clinic, not only do doctors refuse to go to the home of a person with a temperature of 39.2, but they also call and talk rudely that doctors donā€™t go to home, then after going to a paid clinic, the person received a positive PCR test and already 6 For days, none of the doctors come to see him and donā€™t even extend his sick leave, they donā€™t answer the phone from any numbers, they called you once and said that if you have a mild form of Covid, you should come to the clinic yourself and extend your sick leave!     Why is everything done for television? The clinic is NOT finished, renovations are underway everywhere. Why open an unfinished object? This is purely for show. Automatic shoe covers do not work. The security frame beeps but there is no security, it does not react. Why spend money on this equipment if it doesn't work?
