A
Swiss
house
that
was
built
by
the
architect
N.
L.
Benoit
in
the
1870s.
This
house
was
the
last
object
that
appeared
in
the
estate.
An
unusual
structure,
which
is
especially
memorable
because
of
the
decoration.
The
first
floor
is
finished
in
brick,
and
the
second
in
wood.
A
unique
solution.
The
second
floor
balcony
is
interestingly
designed.
It
seems
to
form
a
roof
over
the
space
of
the
first.
It
is
known
that
the
first
floor
was
used
for
a
bathhouse,
and
on
the
second
floor
one
could
relax.
The
room
turned
out
to
be
closed,
although
we
and
many
other
people
took
turns
going
up
to
the
balcony
and
trying
to
get
inside.
