The
exercises
are
rated
normally,
although
classical
stretching
is
more
effective.
But
-1
for
the
obscurantist
brainwash,
people
use
the
words
energy
drink,
without
knowing
its
meaning
and
how
the
laws
of
physics
related
to
energy
work.
They
attribute
magical
significance
to
everything
that
happens
there.
They
talk
about
chakras
that
have
no
scientific
explanation
and
have
not
been
identified
experimentally,
but
are
just
a
sick
fantasy
from
dark
times.
Holotropic
breathing
is
presented
as
“cleansing,”
although
this
is
the
most
common
oxygen
intoxication
due
to
the
oversaturation
of
oxygen
in
the
blood,
which
is
also
dangerous
for
the
brain.
Everyone
wants
to
rise
above
everyone
else
so
much
that
it
cannot
be
called
spiritual
practices,
since
really
good
people
with
a
stable
psyche
do
not
want
to
be
“cooler”
than
everyone
else,
nor
do
they
want
to
change
every
day.
Everything
there
is
burned
through
with
Moscow
pseudo-spirituality.
People
go
there
to
solve
psychological
problems
and
unhappiness
by
switching
one
addiction
(from
smoking)
to
an
addiction
to
“breathing
practices”,
instead
of
changing
themselves
and
their
self-esteem
and
expectations
from
life.
And
it’s
clear
from
them
that
people
have
serious
problems.
As
a
result,
they
again
continue
to
accustom
themselves
to
the
artificial
production
of
dopamine,
only
this
time
not
with
drugs,
but
with
breathing.
They
will
try
to
get
you
hooked
on
veganism
by
telling
you
only
the
advantages
(this
is
beneficial
for
those
who
sell
it),
but
also
putting
people
in
danger,
without
saying
that
it
is
impossible
and
not
objective
to
refuse
essential
substances
from
meat.
