The student's dorms are filthy, old and it feels like a jail no help whatsoever to new students and absolutely no one speaks English (funny considering that the majority here are people from other countries) I didn't felt in Russia, I felt like in the Congo or in Afghanistan, and the majority of people were rude students and administrative staff. Russia is a great country, but this university is horrible. It feels like the 50s, every single process is slow and complicated. And like I said, no one helps you. You have to do tons of complex bureaucratic arrangements to at least enter to study Russian, but how are you supposed to do all those arrangements if you don't speak Russian?! There's absolutely no organisation, and some students from various countries are very problematic. Also the wifi never works, so you have use your data to make a simple search or go to a cafe. If you want to study in Russia, and study in normal life conditions and in a good environment, AVOID this university at all costs.

4 people in one room, no respect for foreign students, low quality of education, bad healthcare (which for it is obligatory to pay). But easy to finish and get diploma, + nice Russian practice, because nobody speaks English.

The university has an enormous campus situated in the urban setting. It covers all directions of learning. The campuses can be reached with local public transportation. Speaking about metro, the buildings are not situated close to the metro stations, so you need to take a bus or a shuttle to get to this place of study.

One of the best university world class facilities and best classrooms About Russia. In classical antiquity, the Pontic Steppe was known as Scythia. Beginning in the 8th century BC, Ancient Greek traders brought their civilization to the trade emporiums in Tanais and Phanagoria. Ancient Greek explorers, most notably Pytheas, even went as far as modern day Kaliningrad, on the Baltic Sea. Romans settled on the western part of the Caspian Sea, where their empire stretched towards the east. In the 3rd to 4th centuries AD a semi-legendary Gothic kingdom of Oium existed in Southern Russia until it was overrun by Huns. Between the 3rd and 6th centuries AD, the Bosporan Kingdom, a Hellenistic polity which succeeded the Greek colonies, was also overwhelmed by nomadic invasions led by warlike tribes, such as the Huns and Eurasian Avars.]A Turkic people, the Khazars, ruled the lower Volgabasin steppes between the Caspian and Black Seas until the 10th century. The ancestors of modern Russians are the Slavic tribes, whose original home is thought by some scholars to have been the wooded areas of the Pinsk Marshes. The East Slavs gradually settled Western Russia in two waves: one moving from Kiev toward present-day Suzdal and Murom and another from Polotsk toward Novgorod and Rostov. From the 7th century onwards, the East Slavs constituted the bulk of the population in Western Russia and assimilated the native Finno-Ugric peoples, including the Merya, the Muromians, and the Meshchera.

Dealing with unprofessional behaviors from professors can be challenging, especially in the Plastic Surgery department, where some faculty members demand bribes. The student, dedicated to their research, finds it difficult to navigate this unethical environment. Struggling to balance academic integrity and cope with inappropriate requests, there is no support from mentors or appropriate channels within the university. Ethical standards in academic pursuits seem lacking in this department/university.

The university is very large with several blocks. One side of the street is where the different faculties are as well as the hospital and the other side of the street are the dorms. Each dorm had their own shops (inside) and restaurants (outside)

Food was really good. But I waited so long for getting the menu and the bill. The food is understandable. The crew needs some improvement.

I am very disappointed of how professors at this university treat a dear friend of mine. It's not a good place for great critical minds. If you are also a smart, gentle, innovative and creative person, you should rather visit some other university. would give 0 stars if I could...

No organization, some teachers are teaching wrong information. If you face a problem with a teacher, no one will help you. They may tell you before 1 day that you have an exam. Arabic and english classes are so bad to study in, teachers are not fully educated. Some teachers dont respect foreign students and you cant complain about it. Many students are graduated and cant find a job. Weak certificate.

😠 I don’t know why this university is in second place among the top medical universities in Russia.
