    Sometimes they communicate impudently with clients, I work like in the market with questions “hey, do you know, there is?” to your colleagues. Well, that's it... It feels like this is an office and nothing more, it's too early for them to represent a global company, I would suggest they do something else. Some cold calls on my part were met very negatively. At first they asked me to call back to clarify something, then they were surprised, it was not clear to them why I did this. Exchanging goods involves a long wait, and the truth is, I wouldn’t trust them with a quality product either. I'm waiting for my 1 tb ssd in the 3rd week, I don't know when I can get a replacement. My rating is no!

    I don't know where the negative reviews come from. I handed over the HDD under warranty. The only documents required are a passport, but you need to register the device on the manufacturer’s website and the RMA received afterwards. Acceptance procedure 7 min. Everything is clear. Very polite receptionist, explained everything. The courier will bring the device back - that’s cool. It’s better to register in advance at home, but you can also register from your phone.

    The SSD failed after a year of use, it simply stopped being detected in any OS, and the smell of burnt plastic also appeared. I didn't keep the purchase receipt, just the box. I googled about the warranty and RMA, created an RMA request in advance on the official Western Digital website and went to the service center on Dubninskaya. They asked for an SSD, asked what happened, checked the passport and took the disk, all this happened on September 16, 2020, a month later they called and said that the process was not fast, the disk had already been sent and you just had to wait. In November I wrote to support on the site, they replied that I needed to wait) And today, December 10, 2020, the courier called and said that he was already waiting for me with a parcel, I didn’t understand what kind of parcel he was talking about) The parcel contained a new SSD, the same model. I haven’t checked it yet, I’ll update the review after checking. I was pleasantly surprised, I was already losing hope of getting an SSD, thank you! update: SSD identified, new) p.s., the courier does not call in advance, he calls upon arrival, it is better to indicate the work address (if there is no one at home on a permanent basis)

    I was undergoing a warranty replacement procedure for an external hdd, everything was simple without any problems, they told me to come in a week to pick up a new one with a larger capacity because... 3TB is out of stock, only 4TB. In general, if it comes out hard, register on the wd website, fill out an rma and change it. They didn’t require a box or receipts, just a passport to whom you registered the product.

    Real amateurs and boors. RMA number #88003942. We brought a WD Blue ssd drive under warranty, which smelled like burnt plastic from a kilometer away (it actually burned with fireworks when turned on, the first time this happened), as a result, the grandmother at the reception, citing two micro scratches on the case from the Sata connectors (everything is perfect with the screws) ), which most likely were obtained when installing the disk into the case, refused the warranty, arguing that they tried to open the disk and generally contact the store where you bought it. They tried to open the burnt disk, which smelled like burnt plastic, Karl (without touching the screws and stickers)! And finally, they suggested complaining to any authorities if something doesn’t suit you. Once upon a time there was a WD branded service with an excellent approach to the client, but now it’s a typical Dishman eatery in the middle of nowhere, which will send you away with a guarantee at any slightest reason in a boorish manner. If the official representative does not take action, we will have to abandon WD products in favor of more customer-oriented brands.

    The disk was replaced the next day after the call. The only thing needed is a disk. Getting there is not convenient, but this is not a shopping center so there is nothing to complain about.
