Нам казалось, что будет лучше самим приехать сюда, чем вызывать скорую и мы прогадали. Стояла очередь с взрослыми детьми и видно было, что вторичное обращение. Пытался взывать к разуму врача, он все отнекивался на очередь и примет только в порядке очереди! У нас грудничковый ребенок, который не может сказать, что болит, где болит в отличие от взрослых детей. И еще врач говорил, что грудничковый ребенок это тот, который родился месяц назад, говорю ему, нет, грудничковый до двух лет считается. В общем, поднимаю вопрос о квалификации данного специалиста. Приехал с множественными переломами со смещением левой руки, и с множественными ссадинами всех участков тела, упал с электросамоката (Было в июле). Ждали 1 час до травматолога. Сказали что наложат гипс, и есть подозрение на сотрясение мозга (В итоге это оправдалось). Когда я пришёл в палату, я стал бояться, выбежал, и сел на скамейку возле палаты. Постовая медсестра подошла, и успокоила. Через 2.5 часа от прибытия началась операция. Привезли на инвалидной коляске (Походу из-за ссадин на ногах). Врачи успокаивали, и спрашивали про то как я упал. Сделали местную анестезию, и операция прошла успешно! Привезли обратно также на инвалидной коляске. Медсестра которая меня везла была очень общительной. Правда была проблема, то что меня поселили в палату с детьми которым где-то 1-3 годиков (А мне было почти 10). Поспал спокойно. Про питание всё было плачевно, кормили питанием не для аллергиков, приходилось заказывать из дома, с которого ехать полтора часа, ну или же экспресс доставка еды. В больнице было скучно, так как детей которым хотя-бы 7 лет не было. Персонал отзывчивый, есть ресторан (Ну или скорее буфет), правда в него впускают только врачей, но нас пропустили🙃. Ещё гипсы ставят циркулярные. В перевязочной забыли про рану на плече левой руки, и она загноилась, и потом это исправили. При выписке мама попросила все снимки, и там врач сделал копии на диск, и распечатки, и всё отдал нам очень быстро! Огромное спасибо врачам!

Замечательный персонал, врачи, всё на высшем уровне!!!Быстро провели всё обследования, оказали помощь. Комфортные палаты и все условия пребывания. Сделали МРТ и другие исследования. Весь персонал: медсестры,врачи,физиотерапия,буфетчица,уборщики,охрана абсолютно все крайне внимательные и вежливые. Низкий поклон всём, кто помогал нам и врачам, что поставили ребёнка на ноги!

Потом выяснили где можно поросить и , ура!!, ей дали попить. Вечером не дали ужин и таблетки, прописаные врачом. После опроса соседей оказалось, что ужин и таблетки приносили когда она уснула( всю ночь и день не могла спать потому что после наркоза трясло, а потом сильные боли не давали уснуть). Также в палатах нет штор на окнах и в 5 утра нас разбудило солнце. Утром мы сдали мочу, тест на ковид, нам принесли таблетки, и началось ожидание лечащего врача. Врач Текоев А.Р. пришел часов в 11, снова попросил пересказать всю нашу историю с самого начала и огорошил нас информацией, что нам не положены никакие исследования, кроме консультации офтальмолога и лора. При чем он сказал, что не знает, когда именно будут принимать эти специалисты, скорее всего один завтра, другой послезавтра, а может быть и в понедельник или вторник ( дело было в пятницу 7 мая перед праздниками), а врач узи вообще непонятно будет или нет тк возможно он заболел ковидом, а может и не заболел. И лечащий врач стремительно сбежал. После этого я поймала его в коридоре и спросила, почему нам не назначают исследования, ведь ребенок потерял сознание, это не просто удар? После чего я спросила, почему нам не сделают хотя-бы узи, которое назначили при поступлении и написали назначение в карте? Я в ступоре только и спросила, что это за больница, где врачи мне врут с ваших слов? После чего он сказал, что не собирается со мной в таком тоне разговаривать и если мне что-то не нравится, то пишите отказ и езжайте домой, после чего развернулся и ушел. Я еще раз все обдумала и написала отказ тк никакого лечения мы по сути так и не получим, а вариться с маленьким ребёнком в больнице с другими детьми, которые неизвестно чем могут болеть, в ожидании непонятно чего, да еще с таким отношением лечащего врача, просто бессмысленно. Я уже молчу, что выписку нам не могли отдать часа 3-4, а на выходе пытались под видом подписи о том, что я забираю ребенка, заставить пожписать графу, что я полностью удовлетворена лечением. В итоге ко всем специалистам попали уже в своей поликлинике. В общем я в шоке от данного заведения и больше всего от поведения старшего медперсонала и надеюсь, что мы туда больше никогда не попадем.

Приехали по скорой в очереди 2.5ч! Вызвали в бокс врача нет ждем его теперь. Надо сделать узи ,а узи работает до 15ч!!! Как так?! В приемнике 24ч в сутки должен.
