Car broke down after arriving to Nice from Sweden. Insurance decided to take it to Volvo Cannes and the belt was fixed within two days, additionally, there was a clunk they got rid of it too. On top I received ‘bad luck discount’. Very understanding, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

While on vacation in Valbonne we had an accident in our Volvo V60. The car was drivable but needed a new bumper, tailgate lights etc. Our UK insurance company and their French agents were dreadful, so we took things into our own hands and contacted Volvo, Mougins. They took in the car immediately, completed an inspection, phoned the French insurance agents, dealt with all the paperwork, booked our car in for repairs the following week (subject to authorisation). Such great staff, who did everything possible to ease the stress we were feeling and we knew our car, and the whole process, was in safe and professional hands. We were given a courtesy car, greatly appreciated! We continued to have telephone and e-mail contact with Michaël at the atelier reception. He kept us informed of progress and the car was ready within 4 days. The repair is excellent. We cannot praise enough the Volvo Mougins garage. We have never had such fantastic service from a garage!
