Ok...I love steak and Shake. It brings childhood memories. But in making a hamburger know that mustard and ketchup belongs on a hamburger. And if it is double cheese burger tgat means cheese should be tasted on the burger and seen.

Not even a mediocre burger. Fries were good! Did not try a shake. Trying to Copy shake shack but not even close

Tasty, nice interior, pleasant staff. A little slow when busy. Ideally situated if you're waiting for your car to be serviced at a nearby car place (there are plenty here). The staff and friendly and the burgers are tasty. I knocked a star off because the milkshakes are just too frozen to drink sometimes without letting them thaw. It is very tough to get a good American style milkshake in France however. Drive through can be a little slow.

Food is good, lady at the counter who took our order was rude, although it was not busy but she was just clueless and not responding to any questions etc.

Meat is fresh and tastes great. They advertise as "never frozen" and it really does taste like that!!! Yum and yum - a sure value!!!

We ordered 4 take outs and arrived back home missing parts of our order. Burgers are small for the price…. Not going back again…

I am visiting France from the US and was very surprised to find a Steak ‘n Shake! Honestly, the food was much better than it is in the US. It’s much less salty and greasy in France and tastes much more fresh. And Europeans are SO much better at making french fries than Americans are! I visited with a large student travel group (50 students and teachers), and they were kind enough to bring in extra staff for the night to make sure we had a great experience. I was very pleased with everything!

Great service! We arrived with a tour group of 50 and, while we did plan ahead and communicate with them, they were super fast, the food was good, and they were very kind. It was odd and fun trying something familiar from the US in the south of France. I have to say, if the locations back home were run like this, I’d be willing to eat there again. Way better than what we have. The food is much less greasy and salty than what we have back home, and the atmosphere is much nicer.

We had a great experience here. The staff and management were incredibly helpful and accommodating for a big group of tourists. The food was good and the chocolate shake was decent as well. The branding, aesthetic, and atmosphere is leagues better than the same restaurant in various Texas locations. Over all as an American I recommend giving them a shot. Everything was better or on par with what we get in the US—only Frenchified.

Another great burger alongside some quality beer at Steak & Shake! I took one western bbq signature burger and that was delicious. I highly recommend it. Good ingredients, decent price and most importantly a friendly staff to take your order straight at the till! 10/10

Malak (manager) was great, helpful and fantastic fun, Raphael and Fanny picked our meals for us and they were all great. Service top notch, food top notch, what more could you ask for.

Best burgers in this region. When you will there take “signature burger” and fries with cheddar and bacon. It’s just awesome:)

I consider this burger chain above the other burger joints we're accustomed to (McDonald's, Burger King...), the ingredients are fresh and tasty, they offer a wide variety of choices. Their milkshakes are among the best in the South of France. They also have a drive, great for when you're in a hurry.
