Wow! What a delight the restaurant is- the food, presentation, the service is the best I have ever experienced. We had the menu paired with the wines which were all incredible and exciting to experience. I cannot recommend highly enough. This restaurant makes your trip to Vichy worth the time, so amazing. Thank you Maison Decoret for such a wonderful experience.

We had a nice dinner. The food is great and the service warm. The winelist includes some bargains and they have a nice selection of Champagne. We will come back!

A gem, this one. Friendly, highly cooperative Hotel staff. Superb restaurant with a Chef de Cuisine with a very sure, subtle, expert, sophisticated hand. All this in a lovely setting with a small number off very comfortable rooms.

Great products and cuisine. Service was a pleasure and the accompanying wines were part of the adventure. The hotel is a nice plus and the breakfast is from the same level.

We are a mature couple who arrived tired from overnight travel and Maison Decoret was just what we needed--warm and thoughtful service, a comfortable room, and superb cuisine that was both delicious and visually exciting (particularly the cleverness of the nibbles with a pre-dinner drink).

The restaurant reopened after the holidays with new menus. We were the first in the restaurant that evening and among the last to leave. The food was incredibly good, far more than one star. The Decoret was the best experience on our 3 week gourmet tour of France. But only when it came to individual dishes. The ideas, compositions and sophistication are unparalleled. Unfortunately the service was the exact opposite. We sometimes had to wait a long time for the food and sometimes sat there without cutlery after the course was served. We felt unnecessary and ignored. That was more than annoying for us. The only thing that made us happy was the food. We will still come back, it was just too good.

We stayed 4 nights and it was very difficult to leave. Amazing rooms, incredible dinner. Service was excellent. I’ll give you an example, we were delayed arriving and told the hotel we would be late. At around 9 pm. They called and were worried we hadn’t eaten. They offered to arrange to help us find some food as must restaurants would be closed. The room was spotless. The shower was the kind of shower you wish you had at home!! Just absolutely amazing stay. The dinner service was fine dining at its best and worth every penny!
