Not worth it. Hard pillows, smelly aircond, unprofessional staff, and overpriced. Never coming here again.

I was staying in level 3A room nearer to the end, room was clean and comfortable, one thing is I can still hear people running around upstairs at 12pm, level 5 having party and they were shouting, clapping LOUDLY even after 12pm! I called three times to inform since 1030, nobody takes it seriously! Somemore night have to wait till 1130 only can shower because they say have to wait the water to pump up, morning 8 o’clock no water AGAIN, hotel with no water?? So ridiculous!

What a Clean and Comfortable Cafe environment! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to chilll out!

I have never stayed here before but was willing to try. Being here on business needed somewhere to stay for 3 nights. The rooms were clean but no English speaking TV channels. TV didn’t work on day 1 anyway and the room cleaning was sub par. Would I stay here again I am not sure? The cafe below is ok the food is alright coffee was just ok but overall wasn’t a horrible experience but also wasn’t a great experience either. You be your own judge

Worst experience I could tell, we got two rooms at lvl 4 for a night. The first day when we came back to hotel at 10:30pm, no water source for both rooms. They fixed the problem and the same thing happened again the next morning, waited from 8am morning until 9:30am so they gave us another room at level 3 for ‘shower purpose’. Went in the room, shower for 5 minutes and the whole electric + water of the entire lvl3 break down. Shampoo was still on my hair and I have to use the free drinking water they provide to continue my shower ? The rest are okay honestly

Just called the hotel to inform that we will be arriving a bit late from KL today (Saturday, 16/09/2023, 1:35PM). Whoever was in charge at the reception just now, you are soooooo good, very attentive, polite, lovely and super nice! Good staff you have there RM Hotel!

Decent clean room. Sound proof need to be better. A bit noisy as room near elevator.

No make up mirror in room area. ONLY inside the toilet. Have to wait until the other colleque finish his bathing.. its a small cost incurred just fix a mirrot. The water host too short at toilet bowl. Especially when muslim were to use it.You have to use right hand to pump and the left hand to wash

The room we got was super clean. Managed to get our room slightly earlier than our checked in time which we appreciate so much after a long drive. Staffs were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Strategic hotel to get to anywhere in Muar. Definitely will come here again

new renovated hotels.. all new and refurbished in their room. kudos to thier male front officer. very helpfull and imformative.

bilik bersih , wangi 🥰🥰 staff friendly..ada cafe,harga xmahal xmurah...bilik kalau booking online dpt la hrga rm105..mahal sikit tapi kalau jenis yg dtg dgn bas,better stay sini...senang dekat ngn phentian bas bentayan,jalan kaki 2minit je..kfc,7e,agro bazar,kedai makan,dobi smua dekat..sb area muar susah sikit nk dpt grab..ada tapi susah la sikit..pastu nk g mall wetex prade pun dlm 4-5minit,jalan jauh sikit je tp kalau guna grab dlm rm4-5 je..area wetex tu ada mcd,pizza,bakery dlm wetex tu sumpah sedap..roti lembut nk matiii..kena try roti cheese best giler ..big apple xyah bli sb keras,better beli bakery depan big apple dlm wetex tu.. oh gambar bilik RM sama je dlm agoda ke apa ke..hotel bersih laa..parking depan hotel ada 2-3 je...pastu seberang jalan tu ada tapak parking cuma aku xsure brp kena bayar
