The cigarettes smell was so heavy that we barely could slept The noise of the street was very loud and make the situation even worse We paid $25 dollar which is cheap, but we had much more better experience with the same price on another hotel in Bursa the same price level. ------- After the reply; I didn't mention the other hotel name initially but after the irresponsible response and ignoring the issues I will mention the below ones we stayed at a two room flat on Lena central flat hotel for 180 lira three days ago!!! For anyone who read this; Just be aware that rooms are smoking free, and there is a high chance that everyone is smoking All the time including the cleaning staff!!!!!!

Very good for the price you pay for. The check-in was perfect. The beds very comfortable and smelling really good. Spacious room for 3 people. View to to mountains in our room in the 3rd floor. Near everything. Food. Attractions. Atm Have in mind is a mountain city to be prepared to walk uphill. If you're on a tight budget and looking for a low-cost option in Bursa, I would advise against choosing Kule Hotel. My requests were made in a humble and polite manner, as I was only seeking the room that was represented in the Agoda pictures. If necessary, security camera footage can validate that my interactions were respectful. Payment Worth: My feedback on the worth of my payment was based on the expectations set by the Agoda pictures and the actual conditions of the room. I did not seek a refund but aimed to convey the disparity between the advertised and actual accommodations. Best hotel in Bursa to avoid. You can enjoy from a fully noisy street beside hotel. I had a unique sleeping in a terible smell of smoking.

If you are okay with the smell of smoking and noise it's a good CHEAP hotel. Two days earlier we reserved a hotel at this price which was really better. For me it was not okay and I don't recommend it. I couldn't sleep because of the smell and noise. Even the blankets had smoking smell. And the trash bin lid was really filthy.

It’s old hotel, very bad and dirty. I booked via Agoda, We charged 140 TL for triple bed. I have bad experience, they charge additional cost 40 TL because my old son join to stay but we don’t get addiotional bed. When we arrive, the 1st receptionist ask us how many people will stay, our answer is for 3 people. Then after check in, we go out to Uludag cable car / Teleferik. We come back to hotel at 9pm and meet different receptionist. We try to explain to 2nd receptionist that my old son sick and need to stay with us, then I ask how the rule or hotel policy for additional guest as per our situation, the 2nd receptionist DID NOT GIVE US ANY EXPLAINATION and instead please my son to stay without any term and condition. We assume, Kule hotel allow us. But in the morning the different receptionist (1st early recepstinost) asking us 40TL for charge. If they would like to additional charge and inform us in the night, we would like to ask additional bed. Why in that night they did not give us this information of rule ???!!! I have to pay for nothing. And as always, Again and again I always disappointed when I book through Agoda, always get bad room and bad service from hotel staff.

When you walk in the room, you feel like you are in a scary movie! You can hear the sound from woods of the ground, water marks on ceiling, and the worst thing is the heavily smoking smell the you can't get rid of it! Also I forgot to mention that we arrive around 6p.m but they made us wait and give us the room at 8p.m, but asked for a full rent. Don't trust to the photos and comments, you'll see something completely different in here.

A small but very nice and excelent hotel to stay.I love it

We stayed as a family in the room on the top floor. We came to visit Bursa, but we did not want to leave the wooden atmosphere of the hotel. Thanks is a place I can say to everyone with peace of mind that I can recommend. We help you with every place you can visit. It is already 200 meters below the center of the city. Despite the exorbitant prices during the holiday period, I can say that it was our favorite hotel and among our tens of hotels.

+ The location of the hostel is very good. Also if come by bus (e.g. from the otogari bus station). + The service is nice and patient. I communicated by using Google Translator to translate from Turkish to English. o The room was very simple and a bit neglected. However everything was fine. :)

An old styled hotel. Well maintained. The most attractive thing is that it is surrounded by many tourist's attractions of ancient era just on walking distances. Staff is well behaved. Cleaned & tidy room with all the facilities. Grocery is available all around it very close to the hotel. It is situated on walking distance from bus stop. If you arrive from bus at main bus station (Otogar,Bursa) you may get bus number 93 which directly drops you at bus stop "Namazgha" from where this hotel is 200meter on walking distance at main and same bus route. An old touch to its surroundings area which gives feeling like at home not a typical corporate environment.

I have got the best words for this place. It is ever so good value for money. I got a large clean and warm space.

The location is perfect and staff nice enough on our interaction. Room was on 5th floor in an attic almost with a tiny window like an A4 piece of paper size! It also stunk of cigarettes and because door so small couldn't get the smell out. Sheets and pillow stink of smoke. We had to wash our clothes after sleeping here because stink of cigarettes. If your a smoker room should be fine. Bit of not definitely give it a miss.

Wirklich sehr freundliches Personal. Der Mann von der Rezeption hat uns sehr bei der Weiterreise und der Orientierung geholfen. Auch die Lage ist Klasse. Schnell in der Stadt aber auch schnell in der Natur und auch der ZipLine-Station! Viele Läden, Supermärkte, Bäckereien und mehr drumherum. Das Zimmer leider wirklich nicht gut geputzt. Haare auf Boden und im Bad. Es gibt zudem keine Decke und nur ein Glas trotz Zweibettzimmer...? Immerhin nicht teuer.

I have to admit that when I first looked online and I saw so many great reviews about the kule hotel. I knew that I made the right choice to come to this hotel and stay here ever since I have been here. The service has been great. The rooms are always clean and the people here are so nice and friendly. They make sure to check in on you and to take care of your every needs. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful experience here for my 1st time in turkey and with my experience with this hotel. The people here are doing such A wonderful job in making my experience here in turkey a life changing experience and a beautiful memory for me. Decent hotel with staff willing to help. Room was surprisingly clean and looked antique. I enjoyed my stay and had good sleep, and I do think it would be even better if the staff could understand English instead of relying on Google translate. Would recommend to my friends.
