Very bad hotel, all insects

The worst hotel in Bursa, and the receptionist had long blonde hair, she was unfriendly and unhelpful, and for the laundry prices, a high price was set other than what is in the paper inside the room Just the location is great

Really I feel very bad .its my big mistake really .staff are very rude behave .they want only money nothing else .they didn't give respect at all .if you had kids with you they do counting really .ist ever hotel in world who care about kids counting .I suggest don't live here in future really bas place to live .I am doing attach hotel room booking time pic where they displayed 3 adult In one room .when we check in they count my kids even I had 5 rooms only with 8 adult and 4 kids .but they want 40 more euro for kids in same rooms .check room size please .

The air conditioner is hot in the summer hottttttt

Positive: location, professional and nice staff. Negative: needs serious renovation. Rugs and walls are dirty. I have experience some pluming problem.

Thre only thing I liked was the breakfast. The hotel is kind of dark and gloomy. The A.C of my room # 706 didn't work for two days despite making complaint. The manager promised to change my room but they didn't and kept making excuses. Disappointed with RAMADA.

I am not satisfied. The house keeping number never picked telephone. Always need to inform reception. Breakfast items are very less compared to other hotels which I stayed during my 2 weeks trip in turkey.

Decent hotel. Breakfast options are great. We stayed there for two nights and the first night, the wifi wasn’t working. Located in the hotel district of Bursa, conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shopping areas, including a couple of malls.

The location of this Hotel is great. You are right in the middle of Shopping Centre and Carrefour in walking distance. Staff was helpful. Rooms are clean. Overall it's a great choice. 3 Yessses 👍 👍 👍

It is a very convenient and comfortable hotel, the room service and the reception is working very properly. The room was very clean and tidy, the only problem was that the shower leaked a bit of water. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Good place. Comparatively newly built.Carrefour hyper market is on walking distance. In its food court one can get different options of food and coffee. Breakfast of hotel do not have much options. But overall stay in regards to room rate is very good.

I would give the two stars to the reception and the bill boy Otherwise all my experience was so bad I asked for omelette for breakfast they told me eggs are finished.The room was so smelly (cigarettes and cooking smell). The sofa were ripped. Leek of cleanliness over all. Will never repeat it.
