These people are real pros. I had a great time in this spa. The exfoliating scrubbing, sauna, soap massage, facial cleaning, and oil massage was all on point. Their prices are reasonable. Absolutely divine, this place transports you to the epitome of relaxation, pampering. The team is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The booking system online is super convenient, and can also be reached on email, phone etc. The complimentary pick up service and hospitality made us feel royalty:) Mahri was ever friendly and lightens up with a smiling face:) The Apple tea is just perfect before/after massage. The sauna and Turkish ritual bath with coconut peel was an experience that I’d highly recommend, we then followed by massages ( aroma therapy and anti stress on one day, hot stone and Balinese another day). Mega and Komang were excellent therapists and would highly recommend Absolutely fantastic, don’t miss!

The best place to have our very first Turkish bath experience. I spent several hours checking for reviews. True enough, Sanctuary Day Spa & Turkish Bath have the best standards in terms of cleanliness, staff professionalism, beautiful place, value for money and the owner (Hassan) is very accommodating. He also gave us a special gift. ❤️ I would like to mention the staff who did my wife and I’s Turkish bath, Harun and Kursat (and I forgot the name of the lady who did my massage). They are so good and professional in their job. We felt like king and queen during and after the bath and massage. My wife is very particular with hygiene and cleanliness because she is a nurse and she highly approved the spa’s hygiene. 👌🏻We totally recommend. Thank you so much for giving us the best experience!

When I arrived I was greeted by the owner, we had a chat, he was lovely, smiling and very welcoming. My whole treatment was amazing! Had a hammam and de-stress massage. I felt like I was re-born. I can only recommend it!

Just had the signature package at the Sanctuary spa, it’s the first day of our holiday and was just what we needed. It included a 25 min Turkish Bath, 50 minute deep tissue massage, 25 min reflexology, hard skin removal on the heels and a clay face mask. Was so relaxing I fell asleep, we floated out of there. My only piece of construction feedback is at the end we had to go and wash the clay mask off ourselves, it would have rounded off the relaxed experience if the masseuses removed it with a hot towel and then added some cooling moisturiser to set you on your way. Beautiful place, good value, lovely staff, would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the spa. All staff were very hospitable and friendly and the spa was very clean and well presented. We were given cool water at regular intervals including in the sauna, which was lovely. We had a Turkish bath followed by a massage. The Turkish bath was fantastic and the staff did an excellent job. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point during our time at the spa. We came as a family and staff were careful in not separating us which was very kind. The massage was also excellent and thorough. Overall we had a lovely time and if we were in the area again we would definitely come back!

Absolutely worth every penny! The man at the desk was so kind and even gave me 4 boxes of their delicious apple tea when I asked to buy it. Talk about Turkish hospitality! The woman who did the service for me was so kind, considerate and professional. I walked out with a smile and the smoothest skin I’ve ever had. I’m currently back in my home country and sipping on the apple tea. It instantly brings me back to the experience!

So worth it! This was my first ever Turkish spa/Hammam experience and it went really well. I feel rejuvenated. Puttu (the masseuse) was very respectful and careful throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

I went to Sanctuary Spa with my family today. The treatments were excellent and great value for money. The service provided by the team including Veysal was very professional. We will be back again soon and highly recommend their treatments to family and friends.

My daughter (14) and I went for the pre sun package. I have had lots of spa treatments in the UK and a handful of Turkish Baths in Turkey. By far this place is the best. We opted to be picked up from our Hotel as it was our first day and didn’t know the area. The guy who picked us up was lovely. As soon as you walk in you are made to feel welcome. We had some herbal tea which my daughter loved (forgot to ask what it was). We had two men deliver our Turkish bath. They were respectful and made you feel at ease. They were professional and clearly very experienced in Turkish Baths. We then had two ladies deliver our massage and facials. Now…. I have had a lot of massages in the past from sports massage to general relaxation massage. These ladies!!! I’m a nurse and my back was in bits! I can not feel one knot in my shoulders. I literally have a new back! As a teenager my daughter enjoyed it all and felt comfortable the whole time. 100% go back again.

I’ve had a Turkish bath and massage here many times over the last few years! Last week my Turkish bath was done by Emrah! He was the best, a very strong guy who managed to crack my back where it was needed and I felt immediate relief! He gave the best Turkish bath I’ve ever had! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a Turkish bath, massage or facial when away on holiday in Turkey! I will be sure to come back!

This morning I had the most exquisite experience at Sanctuary day spa. I had the pre sun package and I was blown away by the quality of the treatments and the care taken! My skin looks and feels amazing and I’m so happy to start my holiday off with such a relaxing and nurturing experience. Both the therapists who treated me were professional and very attentive. I felt super looked after! Highly recommend and thinking about going back cos both the Turkish bath and massage were really lush.

This was not my first experience in a spa but it was definitely my favorite one. It’s all in those little details which they focus on. It was such an amazing experience where they they pamper you so much you feel like a princess. They help you choose the type of massage based on what you want and need. They ask about the level of pressure you want and they make sure you leave a 100% satisfied with the service. My massager Komang was very friendly, thorough, and professional. I would definitely ask for her every time I go because hopefully this won’t be my last time visiting this spa. The music and atmosphere itself makes you relaxed from the moment you enter the spa. You can tell the owner cares about the place, staff, and customers.

This was my first experience of a Turkish Spa and it went well beyond my expectations, especially for the great price. I had the couple's package along with my partner; where we got to have the whole experience together. As soon as you enter, there is a calm and relaxing environment, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and really care about giving guests a tranquil experience. The Turkish baths were luxurious and done with great care as well as the anti-stress massage, where customers are able to let the staff know what pressure they would like and if there are any specific areas they would like targeted. Overall, this was a totally refreshing and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in or around Oludeniz.

I recently went here with my boyfriend and had our first Turkish bath experience. Absolutely amazing, we had the luxury package which includes all services and it was our best spa day we ever had so far. The staff is incredibly welcoming and nice, always at your service. My therapist was the lovely lady called Yati which I wished I could take her back home with me. Treated me like a queen and very professional and experienced, Left the spa feeling and looking younger and rejuvenated😊 Absolutely recommend and it’s a must do when you are in Oludeniz. I really recommend it for this 3 things: Cleaning (that is the must important for me) Good and complete service, and excellent attention and asistent. They can pick you up at your hotel or wherever you are. When you arrive, the owner talks to you about the process of the TB. But you know what? Let’s talk about Julia. Julia is an asistent that will make you feel satisfied with this experience. She is very Gentle! calm and patience. She makes so good her work and I am happy there still people who enjoy what they do. Also she gave me a very good massages. You need to go there for your first experience.
