We arrived in Mulhouse after midnight because our flight was severely delayed. Mulhouse was not our final destination but there were no trains Location of hotel is in the historical part of city center. A 10 min walk from the train station We could not stayed in this hotel because it was fully booked when we arrived but I would like to give 5* and more if I could to the front desk lady. She was amazing, welcoming, helpful and so nice that I told her that I will stay in the hotel next time I come to visit Mulhouse She managed to make a long and frustrating day to a nice one and this you cant put a value She even helped to call other hotels but they were all fully booked Given our situation she even proposed to give us a coffee/water and some sweet My wife who does not speak french even says she is an amazing person and we were so lucky to have been to this hotel and met her What a shame they were fully booked

Amazing! Value for money above expectations! Will definitely come back! Great staff always anticipating what I could need. Very friendly, lot of smiles loved it. The kitchen space on the level 3 is great reminds me kind of Aussie backpack but on steroids with staff! Car park just under the hotel with direct access from the car park. The lift is in the middle of the car park only accessible from L1 of the car park. Room was super clean nothing to say about the room all good. Maybe a bit under the rest of the hotel in terms of atmosphere but just sleep there so all good. Ideally in the city center. Great place!!!

So the room was a bit smaller than we expected it to be (and hence a bit expensive in my opinion). But then: this hotel has extremely helpful staff, an extraordinarily well equipped breakfast and is located so absolutely central. And there's loads of little things to discover. Don't know if it looks like christmas all year long in there, but at the beginning of november we were already in winterwonderland.. I liked it :)

stunning boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. New, designer rooms, excellent service, polite and hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast. Near the shopping street, and a huge number of restaurants. Under the hotel there is a city parking.

We booked with trip.com and got a worn out room that was never on the pictures. We complained about that and their answer was that it was trips fault, that they put the wrong pictures on their site. If someone enters the hotel why the reception does not inform their clients about this misunderstanding. It saves you from this kind of misunderstandings and reviews. Inform about the rooms you got. Beside that Mulhouse i think its not the place to be in this part of France.

An absolutely amazing hotel. The team are fantastic, friendly and welcoming. I stayed there twice and it felt like a home from home. The rooms and lobby/bar area along with the breakfast room are styled immaculately - it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the whole 'feel' and look of the place. If you like cookie-cutter corporate style hotels this hotel is not for you. If you want somewhere that is effortlessly stylish and welcoming, then you will be very happy. I cannot recommend it enough!

One of the best hotels. We stayed only one night but appreciate the great value for money! Wnderful friendly staff. They were so kind and packed us some fresh pastry and coffee when we left for the airport on 0430 AM. We liked the hotel so much yhat I alredy booked us7 nights next December. Love it

Other than an air conditioner that was never going to cool a room of the size we had making our stay rather sticky this is a great hotel, in the very heart of the city. Large car park next door which is 14 euros per 24 hrs. Nice staff, nice rooms.

Beautiful hotel , was difficult to find where the secured parking was . Friendly staff . However we took a suite , but the room smelled at first how we left the air-conditioning on and the smell disappeared perhaps the suite was not used for a while and because of the heat. Breakfast was excellent 💯

Never again. We booked a beautiful "large double room" with 35 square meters for an online workshop I was leading that evening. We got put into a small unattractive room of max 20m². After explaining and showing screenshots and confirmations of our booking multiple times we got told repeadetly that this was the same room category and they claimed the room they put us in was 35m². The staff refused to put me through to the manager and only after finding proof on their website that the very same room we were in was a different category / size they put us in a bigger room. The new room was unattractive as well with 2 double and one single bed (was too many bed for 2 people you might agree) and still far from the beautiful room we have booked. Very unpleasant experience and horrible costumer service but I am sure there are very nice rooms somewhere in this Hotel....we just never saw one

Sure I was unlucky, but I asked for a “quiet” room and I ended up in a room that was in front of a rooftop terrace during a dj set (photo). There’s no isolation at all in the room so no chance to sleep till the music stops. The receptionist told me it was for a “fete de la musique” and that all would have ended at midnight. In the reality at 00.30 the dj just lowered a bit the volume of the music so still no sleep (at least the windows stopped vibrating). Off-course no possibility to change room. Eventually I paid the hotel to sleep so I can’t review it positively.

I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could, and even as a moderately priced hotel, it provides better service than a lot of the most opulent hotels. At the risk of veering into national stereotypes, the French are the masters of hospitality. But even by those standards, this hotel provides an exemplary experience that really makes the guest feel special and pampered. At Christmastime, there is an array of decorations ranging from garlands to trees to this adorable little vintage television in the breakfast area that has a snow scene with a little chalet. But even at any time of year, there are few places that provide as much fanciful charm without becoming twee or trite. If you are in Mulhouse, stay in this inviting and welcoming haven. You will not regret it.

We absolutely loved our stay at the La Maison Hotel. It was everything we could have asked for, with the key outstanding being their staff! Everyone from front desk to housekeeping and breakfast. They gave great restaurant recommendations and helped with securing a weekly parking ticket for the car park. It’s a beautiful eccentric hotel where we could enjoy the evening with a glass of wine whilst our kids played with the board games in the lobby area. Location wise, you’re in the heart of the Centre with easy walking distance to shops, supermarket and restaurants. The WiFi was intermittent for us but that was most likely to do with where our room was located in the hotel but worked fine pretty much everywhere else. We loved our stay and would definitely be back to visit again. Thanks once again for your kind hospitality!

Amazing hotel in the middle of the centre of Mulhouse. The staff was very friendly and the suite was just amazing! It was also very nice that it was possible to stay in the suite with a dog. Prices were very good and extra bonus for being LGBT friendly!

Amazing!! Don’t stay anywhere else. In fact, stay here and day trip from this hotel. The staff were amazing! They were so helpful and friendly and you could tell they loved what they do. The decor and uniqueness about this hotel is amazing. Hidden gems in every corner- and then every corner you didn’t know was a corner. The breakfast was so cool and delicious. Maybe the best hotel breakfast I’ve eaten in my 20th years of travel. The rooms and bedding were so comfy and great quality. I would 150% recommend this, and we will come back!

Amazing! The interior is fantastic, the rooms are simple but comfy, the staff is friendly. Really recommend the breakfast there as well since it is very varied.

Very interesting design and concept especially the collation that makes you look at home without the problem of having to prepare anything. Staff very helpful and pleasant For the room, it's better to eliminate the bathtub, a shower is preferable, for the cleanliness and comfort of the bed nothing to say perfect.

Very nice hotel, right in the centre of Mulhouse. Just a little different, playfull, while keeping the quality at a high level. Very kind staff. Great breakfast too. And while you are in Mulhouse, do visit the car museum (few stops by tram).

Charming hotel in the centre of Mulhouse. Parking can be found underneath the hotel: Parking Marechaux. You can enter the hotel from the parking: perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They speak French and English: very nice. The hotel is decorated in a special manner. Original and we'll done. Breakfast is not bad, but can be better: cooked ham, but no raw ham. I didn't like the normal coffee. Not last year and not this year. But important: we will come back: decent rooms, well located, very good staff, ... Recommended. The hotel is right in the center of the Mulhouse and perfectly situated to enjoy all the leisurement in the City. The staff is awesome friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacey and provided all the comfort you like to have during a weekend trip. The breakfast buffet is really diverse and should cater everyone and everybody.

Stayed with friends and family. Loved the deco and the vibe. Also the central location. Everybody is very welcoming and friendly. That is Always a pleasure to find. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Liked the fact you can have it on their very nice terrace. All in all. First class stay. Will return.

La Maison really lives up to its name and makes you feel right at home. Funky fun decor, big airy rooms, and front desk staff who are always smiling and ready to help. It was the perfect way to end my time in little Mulhouse.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly, the hotel had a very nice ambiance and decor plus it has a perfect location in the center of Mulhouse. Also, super helpful that they stored my backpack so I could still enjoy the city the day I checked out! Loved the comfy room I stayed in and would happily come back if in Mulhouse again!
