Please be aware of them.they are fraud and blackmailers. PIA recomended them and gave us a person number. Me and wife went there for test these guy took 25 mints on my I'd check and took my ids pics on his personal number. I objected on this.i was feeling something is not right. The guy took my email and told me you get results in email.which I never recieved.t they are taking advantages of Pakistan red zone. And giving people positive result and then phonning themand asking 13. To 18 thousand to give negative result. . I have video prove 4 people were there and fighting with them.

IDC at Nishter Road Multan has the best Diagnostic facilities and a pleasant environment. The staff was cooperative. there is a proper ticketing system, and reports can be accessed online. IDC also has credit card payments options.

Non professional, un ethical way of taking swab sample for covid 19 PCR by IDC. They are using one swab, putting it in throat first, then same swab in one nostril then same in the other nostril. His behaviour was not less than a SHO sitting in police station. Really painful and traumatic. I meet operation manager and asked him to show me recommendations from where you have adopted this method. He don't have any answer. He took my contact details to answer me after getting information from his head office but so far no answer. Health care commission should take action against such malpractices.

IDC lab considers in a best laboratories . the staff are very cooperative and hard working and their results are very authentic and accurate. The people of staff talks to the patients in a good way. Their rules and regulations for the patients are very good . thank you.

I visited to IDC Multan for laboratory tests..Reception of staff and reporting Quality both were excellent but about one thing I would like to add suggestion which is about the prayer and ablution (Wazoo) location.. There was not proper area for Wazoo (ablution). So, It is requested to please focus on that. Thanks

Totally unsatisfied with the information provided by the front desk about the timing of results of PCR and antibody test. Earlier they said after 24hrs, reports will be shared. When I went for the lab test, they told me that you would get the report in 36 hours۔ This is totally unbearable. The customer should be well guided and told the truth۔
