Good experience. Ordered family festival 3 . It's enough for 3 people I think. The environment was nice and good. Families and children can enjoy it a lot there .

Nice and clean environment and customer serives were really helpful and good they suggested us good deal It is good taste enjoyed it after such a long time tried the kfc 🍗. They have played music in good volume. Overall, it was good. We will come back again because kids enjoy the play area.

One of the best KFC restaurants in Pakistan 🇵🇰. I have a separate appreciation for the staff, as i went there at "Maghrib" time, i asked them to provide me praying carpet to say my prayers and the guided me to a separate place and gave me praying carpet with due respect. I'm really impressed by this.👏🏻 And if we talk about food and service and environment, that was also exceptional as KFC provides.

A very good environment is being provided here with a variety of Fast foods and chicken food items This Franchise of KFC is much famous among the citizens and especially for the visitors. It also have a take away facility which helps many visitors by saving much time.

Thanks to their new separate parking and drive through entry points, it is easier for everyone. Parking spaces are less than the requirement but still you can find a parking space even in rush hours if you wait for a bit. Taste is great as ever. Drive through system is fine with an extra person helping with delivery of the order. So pretty smooth process. Inside, on the other hand is different. It's difficult to find a peaceful spot without any hustle. Too much noise is disturbing, and people with their no sense of queue etiquettes make it worse.

KFC is always yummy. U can enter only if u r vaccinated. Just 2, 3 tables were occupied in the last visit. No menu card on KFC's, Menu is only available on display.

Their service is not up to the mark, and their staff is rude and not cooperative. I asked the waiter to give me extra garlic sauce, and he said okay but never brought the sauce. KFC need to educate their waiters and staff.

It was delicious... My favourite Pakistani restaurant and my kids really enjoyed being there and the food they served...

Food quality was outstanding. It was hit and fresh cooked. Service and Food Delivery Team was good but now I am experiencing many times that order delivery time is increasing day by day and KFC is not giving attention to this issue. Earlier it was main KPI of Team to deliver the food in certain minutes.

Normal Taste.... Seating environment is not so comfortable as the temperature was not well maintained as to outside (felt a bit hot). Parking must have sun shades as weather in Multan is often hot... Food quality is ok....Staff is courteous except the rude security guard standing outside the building. Washrooms are less maintained as compared to MacDonalds'.... Anyhow, deals are ok.... We can honestly rate it 6.4/10

The meal which I ordered was good but the sitting arrangements are not good because they don't have enough arrangement for the customers and you have to wait for 40mins or above but the meal was good.

Service was patatic . I went there 2 different time but customer service level was zero . Even cleaning was not done in dine in area . I asked several times to clean table so that we can sit no one bother to get it done . Very bad experience .

Ok i just order food one day the food was not good i did complain they took action immediately after few week i order food again and really impressed by there work the made a delicious food and also resolve the issue i got before highly recommend the manager also very friendly and cooperative and team also deal very friendly

Best place and significantly revamped from outside. New interior is also great. Must visit and Golootlo application is a best deal.

So after the branch renovation we went to KFC after a long time and we order Xtreme Duo Box and Zingrella. If we come to price Xtreme duo box - 1220 Zingrella - 600+ Drinks + Cardamom tea - 500+- Let's talk about taste... Taste was ok i always love to go to KFC bcox of their tender and juicy zinger pieces and literally they're good... KFC never disappoints but.... But 1 thing i want to mention no fun area for kids, ice cream machine is not available 7up is also not available... Mean seriously ietni bari food chain or...🤦‍♂️ Finger licking good.

KFC near High court in cantt.area, is one of the pioneer outlets of an international chain in the city of sharines and saints , one of the oldest living city -Multan. A variety of fast food is available here, it includes Chicken burgers, broast pieces, spicy rice with chicken chunks, chicken wings, ice cream cone and soft drinks. At present due to covid-19 take away and service in open yard are open. Staff is cooperative, courteous and efficient. Prices are reasonable as compared to other international fast food outlets. All in all it is a ready feast for the taste buds.

Need to improve their delivery system because I was delivered with wrong order for take away. I checked it later at home. overall taste was good. Satisfied with serving in dine in. But should improve their takeaway process they should check multiple time while delivering to the customer.

Good place for outing

Very poor service, even they forget my order and after 15 minutes they said oh sorry I didn't made it uptil now. When thy served it was cooler like ice and having no taste. I recommended dhaaba rather than KFC. Because they serves as hot as it is on fire.

The cleanliness which should have been standard is being compromised. The parking area was littered with KFC Bags and drinks glasses. Food is usually good. Salt in food should be regulated as sometimes it is too salty.

I don't normally give 2 star reviews and maybe I'm being a bit harsh but I was not impressed with this particular KFC at all. First of all the cleanliness could definitely be improved. Secondly it's a large hall like space in which sound resonates making it very noisy. Thirdly the ventilation of the cooking area was not good as when I left the place my clothes were smelling of the smell of cooking oil. The Zinger burgers were not hot and very bland. The chicken piece however was hot and tasty. The owners and management are advised to take this review as a constructive criticism and not otherwise to improve their setup.

Never in my life i had such a tasteless chicken. Normally i do like KFC but really disappointed with my order as the chicken was so tasteless that i tested myself for covid, with fortunately was negative.

Loved the place. Food was great. It was definitely finger lickin' good. The staff behavior was very polite. And the ambiance was amazing.
