I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Sindbad. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! This was absolute a big plus.

Hotel guests value different aspects of the hotel experience, but there are a few key elements that are most Important. Cleanliness is paramount, as it ensures guests feel safe and comfortable throughout their stay. Last week i stay here with my friends and i found there some things as Comfort and Convenience,Professional Service and Hospitality, Safety and Security,Amenities and Facilities and Dining Options and Culinary Delights. Most impressive thing is there Cleanliness.

It was okay over rated not that much clean even we change 3 rooms because in first room their are insects on the bed and the 2nd have some strange voice from the AC so i can say it was expensive

Totally disappointed! Poor rooms! No proper facility of hot water. We have to take a bath from sink with a help of a glass… because of hot water! Staff was not cooperative at all….we can rather accept all this if the prize was bearable. Prices were soo high as compared to relative facilities. Not recommended at all! There are much better hotels in multan with even low prices. As a citizen of pakistan it’s my responsibility to spread awareness of what is bad or good! Avoid this hotel and try some other hotel… and I bet that it will be better than this sinbad hotel at least! Waste of money!!!

Location is ideal to navigate towards multan cantt and surrounding centre areas of the city multan. The service was excellent. Staff is very cooperative. Probably the best hotel in multan.

Nice Place for Stay at Multan. It’s located near nishtar Chowk. Easy to Through public transport or private services.

Our first choice for stay in Multan is always DHA Arena, but as due to covid it was closed so we stayed in sindbad for one day, though room was ok but they charged us 7500 rupees including breakfast and matres, it was single room. with same amount i used to take suit in arena, which consists of two rooms, two large air conditioners/ heating units, two large LEDs, two matres, very nice breakfast buffet, and very large fruit basket. Most of the rooms of Sindbad do not have inverter A/C so no chance of heating in cold weather, however they supply one electric heater, but frankly speaking its good for nothing, room was dead cold we hardly spent night there, blanket on the double bed was so small that it couldnt even cover my ten year son properly. I took room with tub but despite my so many requests, i was not provided the plug to use the tub. On phone they didnt inform me that their restaurant is closed and for food and i will have to order online for food, it was also a big job as no restaurant was taking online order for sindbad, however later on they arranged KFC for us. Breakfast also had bare minimum things, like omelette, pratha, chana and bread," tea "one has to make by him or herself with tea bags. At check out i requested reception to send some one for shifting my luggage but after waiting for almost 30minutes when no one came, i took my luggage by myself, later on i came to know that no one fm reception informed the guy who shifts luggage

Good palace for staying on rooms

Stayed here with a group of foreigners a few times. One time the AC was dripping water all over the floor and bed and the other time there was no hot water available during winters. The bed sheets were not that clean either but the rates were pretty high. There is a secure parking space inside though.

The hotel is nice. With reasonable prices. Although the services need some improvements. The room service was not that quick. No mini bars in 2 types of rooms we stayed in. The management need some good changes. But over all the hotel is decent enough for the charges.

There is a decent mid-range hotel that is slightly better in terms of accommodation and food.

It will not worth your money if you are traveling from abroad or locally. Too high rates and rooms are not maintained well. They don't even give you a bottle of water. And they refuse to serve breakfast in your room.

The hotel is good the management was well mannered but the only problem here is there was no mosque inside the hotel but luckily at the exit of the hotel on the left side there is mosque.

Very good property but pathetic service. Staff really needs to be trained. They should at least know the basic definition of hospitality. Air-conditioning was switched off by the management early morning while i was sleeping. I had planned a 4 day stay but am checking out after 1 day stay and im never coming back here again.

The overall stay experience was good the hotel itself was spacious and elegent but faced a bit trouble finding it

This could have been a much better rating as the property is on the main road and is quite big in size. However the fact we entered the room and there were cockroaches and mosquitoes was too much to handle. Also the bed cover had stains.

Sindbad is a centrally located Hotel restaurant and marriage hall. It has a nice building with good parking. It consists upon professional staff.

No heating in winters, warm water only available after long wait of running tap water. Overpriced compared to other decent options very nearby in city.

Totally disappointing. Rooms were dark, bed sheet and pillow covers were smelly, so we had to change the room which was just a little better. There were cockroaches in the room. Seems hotel is not maintained from years. Kitchen was dirty. It was really a sad experience to stay there. Staff is cooperative and helpful, but it has nothing to do with the overall quality of the hotel which now looks like a deserted place. Really sad.

The marquee is good for functions. They don't adhere to the 10pm deadline which is plus. Food was good. Service however was average. And they have valet parking

The building is not bad, but the rooms are dirty, unwashed bedding, curtains and cushions to throw, etc. It needs a thorough cleaning, the renewal of the trousseau and a thorough disinsection and elimination of cockroaches.

Rooms are not up to the mark as poor maintenance practices are followed. Location and parking is only plus. Rates way to higher. Fumigation not done properly. Avoid if you can

Good atmospher but no food facility

It's a bad property. Not properly maintained.... cockroaches ate freely moving on the floor. Don't open their mini bar refrigerator as you may disturb their family privacy.

The rooms are well furnished, perfectly decorated and ventilated and the staff is trained and professional. I recommened if you have to make a visit to the land of saints then this place could be a best choice to stay

Poor hygiene,insects(cockroaches and bed bugs in the room). Inadequate hotel management,torn bedsheets. ,no fumigation,Poor and non cooperative adminstration. Not recommended for families.

Nice ambience and tasty food

The rooms were very nice but I came with a 4 people family and there was only one bed. But no problem we ordered a mattress and slept for the night. The workers were very nice too and helped and provided us with everything. The most annoying thing was that, there was no warm water to bath. Since night we were telling to warm water but there was no warm water. And then atleast late in the morning we got warm water. Only 2 of us bathed. Besides the hotel was great 👍

Absolutely shameful staff, only one guy doing everything. The man at the reception was disgusting and even disrespected a guest Infront of us. Overall the price was not worth it at all.would never recommend .
