It's an amazing experience staying here. Rooms are lush. The dining is delicious, and the girl named mahnoor is very active courteous polite and professional. Keep up the good work.

This hotel is very modern and high-tech And most of all I liked their service so good And Mr Sufyan gave his best performance In our morning breakfast. i like it very much. The rooms here are very clean and comfortable and their room service is very good. All credit goes to supervisor Farzana and to his team.Miss Farzana and her team are very sincere with their work which I like very much.

The hotel haven’t proper shuttle service. There help line representative are not supportive. They keep waiting guest on airport that they have proper Shuttle service, but keep waiting none of their representative call back. Late night at 12.00 clock a female guest was also facing the same issue. At last after randomly calling they arrange a Cab from the airport. It took 30 mins. Over all their service is very slow. The same situation observed at the reception for check in it took 20 mins even it was advance booking.

Overall stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant needs massive improvement. Quality of food was just.average on both lunch and breakfast. Nice addition to.Multan.

A great place to stay in Multan especially for short visit of a few days. It’s location is pretty good and easily accessible via different modes of transport. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy but none has a good view. The hotel lacks a pool and gymnasium feels very compact. Their laundry and room services are very good even late at night. However food doesn’t taste as great as expected so better not to get your hopes high. They’ve a concierge but only for your luggage. Hotel doesn’t have a single car/cab so shuttle service is out of question but they keep making promises to arriving guests. One must read the reviews before depending on the hotel for every info provided.

The location is good. Service is good. It gets worse from here. Rooms Was unclean. It appeared to have not been used for ages. Bed sheets, floors and upholstery's had permanent marks. The toilet looked filthy. Their staff was the only decent thing about the place.

The room service was pathetic. When I ordered tea, it was served cold and very poorly cooked. Upon complaint, they fixed the same tea by adding just cardamom to it. During breakfast, the staff was unprofessional and had poor service quality. It took them 30 minutes to serve fresh Paratha and mixed tea. The food was cold in the dishes, and the taste was blank. The staff was throwing the responsibility on each other when asked repeatedly to bring the tea and paratha. The duty officer at the restaurant needs proper training along with his staff. It was disappointing to see the low standard of Avari Xpress compared to the market.

It was first time to stay at Avari Multan and surprised by the welcome and protocol given by the staff. The room was neat clean and spacious and all the accessories were provided. The restaurant staff was also very welcoming. Breakfast was great. Overall good experience.

I landed up in Avari hotel after a very eventful and disturbing PIA flight, however the hotel made sure to accommodate me in every possible way. From the luxurious rooms, to clean linen to very helpful and caring staff it has been a delightful experience. And this stay took all the exhaustion of my journey off. The restaurant is great. And the restaurant staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and bring everything to your table. 12/10 experience. Love Avari.

Location is good, bedding is clean. Washrooms are reasonable. However lot of room for improvements. Staff is very cooperative. Specially in the restaurant Miss. Sonia and Sumaila Saeed were very friendly and took care at breakfast everyday.

Hospitality and service providers were amazing. They did their job very well. I have just few suggestions. Replace Muslim showers, please. They are uncontrollable pressure which cause of wet dress. Secondly, their must be more toilets near board room. Their should be lawn or swimming pool in out door to enjoy fresh air. Their is no area allocated for walk. Lastly I a thank you to all service team.

This was a great stay during my 3 day trip to Multan. Super clean rooms, friendly staff with great service that made me feel safe and home. You clearly feel the level this hotel operates as soon as you step out in the real street life. I think they are absolutely above the standards of the region making this a great choice for people visiting Pakistan from Europe, US or other western cultures. We had privileged to meet Aslam who went above and beyond serving us during our great breakfasts each morning. I will stay again in my future visits.

It was after quite a long time I visited Multan. I was very impressed with The Avari Express Hotel as a whole. The comfortable rooms. The cleanliness and the service. I randomly travel to Multan. This time I stay in Avari Express Multan . The stay is really good and my family really enjoy it. Especially the Breakfast. The entire lobby staff is cooperative, despite I get late in Breakfast, but they give us full protocol and service. Thanks to Madam Shomaila and their team .

Great great great experience with avari boutique Muhammad arshad in kitchen azhar for attending Everyone is doing their best, especially shumaila . She is the greatest support for us to accommodate us, and she always makes sure to provide us with a healthy and comfortable stay I visit almost twice every month but am not able to rate every time, don't know the reason 😅

It was my first experience here in navari Multan. Services up to the marks. Food quality is also fantastic. Staff behavior (Mr. Afan, Mr. Mehmood and Miss Shumaila Saeed) looked after very well. Professional people with great facilities.

Hotel is very clean and accommodating for personal or official stay. Staff is very kind, courteous and responsive to any request. Food is readily cooked and served on time specialy dinners. Hotel has underutilized gym with most modern equipment.

AOA. I am a regular customer of Avari Xpress Multan from the day first they started their hotel facility, I normally stayed 4 to 5 days after every 3 months. from the day first I was very much comfortable with their all services but last time a week before I stayed their for 5 days and it was very bad experience due to their poor services including housekeeping, food quality, room service etc. during my stay very first day I saw a caterpillar in my room near bed on the floor (picture attached) I was almost 2 inches in size when I hit it it got shrink, I quickly called housekeeping staff and guy report at door after 25mins (it was quickly) I ask him what is this and after seeing he asked me the same question with some addition "what is this and from where it came". food quality is too much pathetic and staff is not trained they don't know how to work in hotel restaurant and what is presentation and service. i called room service for water bottle and i got it after one hour in my room and after 4 to 5 reminder calls. Very much disappointed and will definitely think about any other hotel from now onwards.

Nice rooms but pathetic food. During my 2 nights stay I almost try all menu items but was the worst quality. They don’t even make the local n Chinese food. The quality was similar to dhaba foods with high price. The soup they served was 45 minutes late n they forgot to add salt to some dishes and steaks were a joke. Avoid their restaurant.

Came here on a work visit. Had a very comfortable stay. Clean comfortable rooms and decent food. Great service by Mahnoor.

Employees following and asking gusests for a positive google review . You have to get your card activated daily. There is no landline avaialable on each floor in case any one needs a master key. (E.g door get closed accidently) Furthermore waiting for an iron stand for 2 hours despite of many calls is insane..

I booked my room in Avari express a week prior to my travel,at the time of check in they asked me to go to Avari boutique saying that the later is better. This was absolutely incorrect, avari boutique is no where close to avari express. So I went back to express and complained about it and they offered me a room there n then as most of it was empty. I have no clue to why they sent me off to boutique which was a hassle for me. I had to stay for three days,because of this attitude I cancelled my booking and moved to Ramada.

It was a very good experience at Avari Express Multan, The staff services and behavior was very excellent 👍 especially thanks to Shumaila, Muteez, Aziz, Haq Nawaz and Arshad.

Neat and clean rooms, friendly staff, great food and location. Loved the ambience and surroundings around the hotel. Gonna be my first preference for Multan destination

Over all stay was good, room was comfortable and properly cleaned. below were my concerns which need to be addressed; 1- I have taken my reservation confirmation before my arrival, but once i reached there i have to wait almost 30 minutes to check inn, reason was that room was not prepared which was really embracing for me. 2- At time of check out when i received my hotel bill, it was over charged with laundry service while i had not used that service either pressing or laundry etc. At time receptionist call to concern person who punched the entry he was also not confirmed, which give very bad image of responsibility and ownership from staff. Nobody was owning this punched entry. after that lady standing there delete that entry from bill and then i have signed those copies. I was not expecting these kind of glitches from Avari, Never. We stayed overnight on our way to lahore from Karachi. The rooms are good with working airconditioning (heating and cooling) The complimentary breakfast is excellent. Good service. Lots of restaurants nearby. A bit pricey

It was an exceptional staying experience with Avari Xpress Multan. A state of the art infrastructure and facilities were provided each and every part of the service was absolutely fine. A very comfortable rooms, room services are great . Wonderful staff serving with smile. great hospitality. They have excellent engineering staff. Today when i checked in i found that the sink is leaked I just called at reception they sent an engineer and he fixed within 5 minutes .. really appriciated.. they take good care of their guests 👍

Overall an excellent experience. Way better then other so called four 4/5 star hotels. Best service, respectful staff, neat and clean, Good Breakfast and best think is the parking in basement.Fully recommended.

The only issue was entry points as there were two way traffic that might be a reason of any incident God forbid. Otherwise it was very good and comfortable stay at your esteemed hotel.

I am a loyal customer of Avary Multan, but noted that front office staff reception G.S.A are not attentive. I had to call them for three times for fixing heating issue in my room. After three calls I could get it resolved after more than one hour. They also resist to provide fruit basket more than one time. I got only two fruit baskets during my stay for six nights that two after three request s. My room number is 506. I hope this will be fixed. Specially appreciate shumaila Saeed, suffyan and all restaurant staff miss Sonia so nice behavior thank you
