Staff is very cooperative. Rooms are good but food is very poor. Cleanliness is good but hotel doesn't have a proper parking rather the cars are usually parked on sides of road which is not only unsafe but also distract peace of mind.

Avoid at all costs even if you don't have anywhere else to stay. Better sleep in your car. Stingy rooms, dampness in the air, old dirty carpets, wornout furniture, unclean pillows, the pictures uploaded on their website are at least 10 years old. WiFi didn't work for more than 10 minutes. Not worth more than 1500 per night whereas they charged 6000+.

Dirty rooms would not recommend, quality of service poor.

I have reserved their large hall for my office meeting but at the last moment, they canceled my reservation. They said that we can give the small hall to you. We have an arrangement for 100 people that we can not adjust in a small hall that's why we have to change our venue in the last moments. Due to them, we have suffered a loss of time, money, and goodwill. Not recommended.

Check the amount of dust on the telephone and imagine the rest of the room. Used towels in the washroom and dirty washrooms. Telephone live also not working a mobile number on the piece of paper is taped of top of it to call from your own phone. Dirty stained furniture small congested rooms. Who made it 3 stars Hoyrl i dont know.

Very good hotel, with all the basic amenities. Well priced and good value for money. Clean, neat and tidy with a fairly friendly staff. Relatively new construction. Families environment. A couple hundred yards off the main road, so quieter, but because of it's general location, it's within 10 minutes drive of nearly every visit-worthy spot in Multan.

Really nice place to stay with family. Room was nicely furnished. Staff behaviour is good and supportive. Couple of issues I faced during my stay; 1. Hot water was not available after mid night 2. Credit Card machine was not working

We stayed here 3 days in a week, different days, staff is awesome, friendly and very supportive. The best complimentary tea in Multan upon arrival, complimentary break fast is great. Facility is good but staff is the best asset of this facility. Mr. Haseeb at front desk dealt with us nicely. Will definitely recommend others too to stay here.

I really like the food , service and most important the location of place . I would love to come again and also refer this place to my family and friends .

Our family stay was good overall. It is a silent good place, away from noice pollution of traffic. Parking space is ample. They should focus on some improvements. Room furniture, bedsheets and washrooms should have been properly cleaned. I will suggest the owner that a business should not show any affiliation with any political figure. Staff is helping and courteous.
