Stayed there for night, I had excellent experience, very professional and courteous staff of hotel. Absolutely neat and clean room and washroom. The best part was that I had to go somewhere early in the morning and I couldn't find careem or Uber at that time, the manager arranged me a ride and helped me in going there. I would recommend this place for sure and with confidence that you too will second me once you go and see their hospitality.

Hotel DE Shalimar Multan is near towards Motorway and convenient for travellers while returning or passing through. It had a spacious waiting area / reception, having good seating. Rooms are spacious and well decorated with sofa sets. Meals and service was fantastic. Staff was very much cooperative. They guided the famous places to visit at Multan. I really recommend to stay their, as it is worth living in such a price.

We pre booked the hotel in advance by paying 15000 deposited in their account. On reaching the hotel, the management shares they don't have rooms available. They called different hotels first trying to adjust. Send us to a near by hotel that was also not available. On reaching back n having verbal conflict, the same hotel provided us three rooms instead of four as booked earlier, the second day , one valuable asset from a colleague luggage was missing, on report, they were silent n did nothing. Not recommended for future.

The staff was very unresponsive when i checked into the hotel. I got a suite room which was very good however The TV (samsung) was not original as i couldn't screen mirror my device to it. The restroom were clean. I had my breakfast buffet but i found it very oily and not so great ( the egg smelled horrible). But for one night stay, it is pretty much a safe option. The parking is the worst part for this hotel. I'd go there anytime for a one night stay. Usually it is clean but on my last visit, the cleanliness was lacking. But, i asked the staff to clean my room again and they did it great in 5 minutes.

Rooms are luxurious and well furnished. Air condition and attached Washrooms. Includes 3 meals a day. Food quality is also somehow satisfactory but they often repeat the menu on lunch time and you can get bored if you live here more than a week.

It was good experience to stay with family. I was expecting the suite as per the definition of suite but it wasn't... Cleanliness of bedsheets was acceptable but not upto the mark ... recommended

Its a good hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in Aug ‘23. Paid 13k per night for the room with 1 queen sized bed. Other option was a room with 2 double beds for 17k per night. Location is great. Breakfast is included. Safe, secure and clean

It's a good looking hotel. Lobbied are nice as well as the exterior. But issues with plumbing and had a short circuit within 1 hour of my stay! Will still recommend it. 👍

Rude management and worst rooms ever. 2 days went in fixing the rooms. Ac were leak and service was trash. Managers and hotel staff was v very rude when our guests came over. Didn’t allow them to join us in the room

Update: Got a call from the manager and they do apologized on the lack of service as they were changing their staff. I hope there's some betterment in the services. We thought it would be a good hotel and yes the decoration is good and gives you an impression of a 3 star hotel. Laeken yahan ke service aur staff koe dhabae k hotel jaisa hay. Aisa lag rha tha aj pehla din hay inkae poorae staff ka. We checked in early and the manager in the morning told us k early checking k half day charge houtae hain and I said okay. After that he reminded my wife 2 times while she went downstairs about the payment for early checkin whereas I had already paid for the 1 night stay. Washroom mein gae tou wahan Pani khatam hogya staff said sir Tanki khale hogae. Room mein phone wasn't working we complained about it too and throughout our 1.5 days stay the phone was still not working so we had to go down each time from first floor by stairs to register our issues. Life bhe nae hy is so called 3 star hotel mein. I asked about basic amenities woh bhe daenae mein inhae 1 din lag gya. Breakfast was also very weird I couldn't eat any of it on the second day. Checkout kartae waqt itne bhe tameez nae the manager mein k as a courtesy yehe Puch laetae k koe issue tou nae hua apka stay sahe tha but they didn't bother as I could clearly see they were least interested with the satisfaction of their guests.

Had a pleasant stay in shalimar hotel we travelled from karachi and its feels like home staff is very friendly and caring highly recommended

The Hotel management are quite non professional, un-trained staff, inferior quality breakfast, rooms are not sound proofed, too much noise from corridor as breakfast buffet installed 8nto the room corridor. We booked 3 rooms on call but due to a shortage of time we asked them to only reserve 2 rooms for 4 hours. But, the Hotel management charged 3 rooms only for a 4 hour stay and requested us to return and compensate the room upon our arrival from Islamabad after 4 days. But at the time we booked 2 rooms and asked its General Manager to compensate as committed. But he right away slipped on his tongue and said we will not compensate your additional paid amount, you have to pay 3 rooms again.

This is the most under rated hotel of Multan. I stayed there twice (3 nights & second time 2 nights) in presidential suite. The hotel is really good and staff is very corporative specially Mr Siddique. The rates are also very cheap as compare to the provided facilities by the hotel management.

Well a good hotel in center of Multan ... All the major places are easily accessible from this hotel like Hussain Gahi market, Cantt, Tomb of Shah RukneAlam etc. Rooms are quite large, clean and well maintained ... Night stay is bit expensive but overall nice experience.. Also, parking space outside the hotel is not large enough..Their complimentary breakfast was quite good though.

Very good hotel at reasonable rates. Situated in center of the city with all facilities in the vicintiy. Rooms are clean with warm water, AC TV and very good breakfast. Highly recommended for families

Nice place to stay. The only thing which I didn't like is the surrounding which is very quiet. For some a quite place may be more attractive but I like spending an hour for walk or tea outside.

Had to change room due to some weird drainage smell. They cooperated instantly. Also service was prompt. Location decent. Road noise is too loud during business hours. Internet only works if your room is near the router.
