Again another OK place to rest. Rooms aren't to bad and toilets are in acceptable condition. Make sure u check rooms before staying. Some smell. Also no hot water in hot days. I like my comforts so I find it tough staying there again. Parking available

Bed sheets were dirty. Towel was like it was never washed ever. N you won't like to touch the hair comb let alone use it. Area/location of the hotel is very good. Service is average but it is worse in cleanliness

Worst Experience Ever, Never Go to this Hotel, They are very rude, They need to learn, Also prices on google map or booking app are just a trap, They will charge you double of the listed prices, Either you stay at double prices or cancel the booking. Booking app should take action against them.

Everything was okay, but hotel management is irresponsible and I think don't have experienced staff.. If you order for anything they are late.. for examplethey deliver water in 20 minutes and tea in 45 minutes. Pathetic for services. Location is good, rooms are good

Worst place. Staff even gives false statements in start. They promised me a breakfast for two people but later said it was only for one person. Washrooms stink. The place has hygiene issues. Not recommended.

Hotel is inside the street from main rot, so very quiet environment, service is fine, we bother whole night due to the dance type party just besides with our room.

I had been there for one stay only. To be honest if you are looking for bugdet hotel, somewhere between 3-4k it's hardly to find a better place than this place in Multan City. Although I believe they still needs some improvements but in this budget I believe it is a good option to stay. If you are willing to pay over 7K for a night you might find a better place. Parking 10/10 Service 10/10 Room Size 10/10 Room condition 8/10 (10 if consider budget) Air-conditioning working fine. Backup generator is not for air-conditioning, other purpose working fine I would've given 5 stars considering value of money but one thing that really was disappointing was their dinner service. I ordered 2 normal Chicken Tikka with Chapati and Cold Drink. They charged Rs. 1560 for that. It should be around 800 or 1000...

If you are on a budget than this place is for you. Located at Lalazar Colony a peaceful neighborhood. From here you can easily access any part of the city. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Rooms are fairly clean and tidy (more improvement is needed in this regard). Room service is also available if you want to order anything (personally I only ordered tea that's why I am in no position to comment how their food taste). You can also order food from different eateries as almost everyone knows this place.

I was baffled by the scale of forgery by the hotel staff. I was charged tax twice on top of Agoda locked in price which already included all taxes. I insisted on clarifying pricing at check in and agreed everything before checking in but at check out i was again charged an amount which was already paid since manager 'thinks' that Agoda did not accounted for the taxes already. This was despite sharing Agoda email and voucher which clearly stated that the amount is inclusive of all. They also wanted to charge breakfast despite that being already included in booking. Didn't compromise on that but was very disappointed on hotel staff behavior and attitude. Ended up paying taxes twice despite all clarity and Booking details provided.

Really enjoyed our 4-night stay here at The Grace in Multan. Very comfortable room that has nice hot warm breakfasts, (Thanks to Hussain his service and hospitality were the best) good & very clean, and extremely pleasant staff. (Especially the management Team) The sights around are fantastic. The place is close to the Cannt area and close to all amenities. You have access almost to all major areas within 10 minutes. Multan is a very divine city and their hospitality is top-notch, Management was very professional which allow us to visit again the next month. We ate at Chinese to Afghan restaurants and even we visit a small restaurant street in Cantt Sadar and Ghanta ghar area which is close to Qila and Mazar, we enjoyed every single moment out there We highly recommend THE GRACE INN HOTEL as a great stop in any of your travels. It is a perfect stop halfway from Karachi to Lahore BTW... ONE humble request I have is if you can provide a small microwave oven because we have nothing to warm our food overnight when we reach home, other than that WE LOVE IT... Professional And polite staff with Quality services. Room is very big and more than our expectations. More than Value of Money. Easy Access to the main Road and Shopping malls. Safe car Parking is also available. Breakfast is good and tasty.

very dirty room with lots of termites and insects on the bed sofa and pillows i do not recommend this to any one.

Poor and unhygienic environment. Bed linens and quilt had foul smell. Curtains rod had dead lizard lying inside. Overall it was an honest bad experience.

Grace inn is best in term of services, very polite staff and budgeted one. Room we stayed was very spacious with two double beds, sofa set, dressing table, fridge and cupboard. Neat and clean rooms and quick service is icing on the top for people like me who have low budget.

I am staying in this hotel since 2013. Rooms are excellent, the environment is very calm with best services. On the top breakfast is good. You have a good access of Markets like cantt bazar and others.
