Hazrat Pir Shah Shams Sabzwari Tabrez Multan is a famous Mausoleum in all past times, located in Baba Safra Road, Punjab, Pakistan. It is a very popular spot, because of the hazrat shah shams tabrizi had been worked for Islam and behind the efforts, he saw very hard time to spread the Islam in a very effective way. Similarly, the famous Sufi saint hazrat shah shams tabrez was born in (1165-1276) A.D, so after his death time passes, the shrine was built in between 1330 A.D by his grandson. However, he was belonging to Imam Jaffer Sadiq family and also known as Pir Shah Shams Sabzwari and Shah Shams Tabrez. he always found among people very kind, honest, and hard worker, that's why, he achieved success in his life to spread Islam by all means in a very short time.

The addition of park right out side of shrine connect you to the nature. If you wanted to explore surroundings don't visit weekend or especially Thursday. Miss you Multan

Hazrat Pir Shah Shamsuddin Sabzwari Multani (died 757 A.H. / 1356 C.E) was a Muslim Sufi missionary and Pir (Sufism) from Sabzawar in present-day Iran. Shamsuddin Sabzwari arrived in Multan in early 1200C.E. in modern Pakistan, established a dargah and preached Islam to the local population. Shamsuddin Sabzwari is considered to be a saint due to his poetry and the local traditions. Shamsuddin Sabzwari died in 1276 and his mausoleum is located in Multan. The Urs of Shamsuddin Sabzwari takes place June of each year. In South Asia, by the propagation of Islam commenced after the demise of Mohammad and Sindh was first to receive Islam. At about the same time, the followers and well wishers of Muhammad's family had started preaching and conversion on behalf of Ali and his successive Imams. The sixth Imam, lsmail bin Imam Jafar-as-Sadiq, and the succeeding Ismaili Imams sent out Da'is (Missionaries) to the far corners of the then known world (Seerat-al-Mustaqim or Sat Panth in Indian language).

Multan is a very Beautiful city especially known for his Sufi Saints and heritage. When you think of Multan the First name which comes to your mind is Hazrat Shah Shams Tabraiz. A shrine of a saint which legend has it brought the sun down to cook his chicken leg piece as people shunned him of his time and did not help him cook his chicken leg piece known as booti in the local language.

He is one of great Sufi sait in Multan Pakistan. Motorway M$ also has an interchange at their name. Many many stories / thoughts and different historical opinions about this holy shirene and is he actual Shams Tabriz mazar who was a master of Molana Rome. When you visit you must feel some thing is there that attracts you. Mostly Shia worshipers and Sufis visits this place, it is inside main city not near with Shah Rukan e Alam or Baha uddin Zakariya Multani. The maintance difference you can observe. To neglet such world famous place by Auqaf Dept. or whoso ever is responsible is not good at all. As no one his gaddi nasheen come in power who can divert Govt. resouses for upgradation renovation works
