Very big queues for fee payment and fingerprints &pic also. Staff is cooperative. You can go with Appointment or take token at the spot. But appointment letter makes your process comparatively easy.

Well organized and clean inside. Staff is qualified with good attitude to the customer. There is no monopoly and cannot cross his turn. First an appointment can be taken from etemad.pk to save his time. Building is very good although outside is not clean.

Office location is exactly old food street very close to Chongi # 9. Today I've been there for finger prints . Before going I got information regarding Iocation from this page from some ones comments. From security gate upto final stage superb reaction. Go to reception , get your token and proceed for photo section and finger prints. For Hajj its free and for Saudi visa fee structure mentioned clearly. All staff very cooperative and superb friendly' waiting area for gents and ladies all air conditioned and much vast. Carry on' best services. Really deserve five stars.

I have visited this place one week ago, during my visit I have found most of center staff very cooperative, however at entrance guide was not briefing the visitors properly. However all other services are well and staff was properly trained... Lack of parking area is a big issue for center... Thanks

they don't even pick up the call. I literally called for one hour and I tried several numbers and then they picked up my call.

Etimad Biometric Centre is a very nice place and the hotel mployees are very helping and coordinating in very professional way.

It's only for haj and umrah in multan should be for visa also we are waiting ✋ 😀

Visited the center... Staff is very friendly and helpful I guess depending on the people inflow, more counters will be more helpful

It was very bad experience.Although we had our appointment but we kept on waiting for long. The staff was non-cooperative and a bit rude.The authorities concerned must not turn a blind eye towards people's agony and pain.

There is no etimad biometric office in multan.
