Very poor service !! My plan was from sharjah to Multan ... 1st of all behavior of staff in airport is very worst ! Other thn I didn’t recieve my all luggage! Thy told me come tomorrow & thy give me some complain letter ! Next day when I go to check thy refused .... & thy said “ no we told you when your luggage will come we’ll call you” mean ... seriously ???still I’m waiting for there call ... A big disappointment! 👎🏻

I have called lot of time but no one responded. If there is anyone from air Arabia, please give them instructions to behave well with customers. They are ignoring customers like someone is begging for tickets. It will defame your Air line and customers will go for other options. Please give them instructions and proper training.( after reply by Air Arabia Multan, I called again 5 times continues but result was same. A big disappointment from Air Arabia Multan. It's very poor management and bahaviour with customers.

Air arabia multan office staff is really co-operative. They take care and guide the passenger not only related to ticket reservation but also for travel support documentation. Specially Mr. Azhar, he is very kind and good in customer dealing.

I interacted with Mr. Azhar, i must say he is a thorough professional and helped me resolving my issue. He guided me all the way through and kept me informed with all the happening in the process to keep me staisfied. I would definitely recommend others to ask for Mr. Azhar whenever they visit this place.

Office location is good but there is no air conditioning system. Also the staff need to improve customer services as it seems / feels boosy behavior among the staff. Suggestion: I believe there should be CCTV system in the office.
