This hotel which name luxury hotel but actually it is not luxury at all. this may be good for local who are visiting from outside of Multan areas not for international visitors. No hot shower, dirty bed sheet, dirty bathroom and bad customer service. Do not waste money here. I am pretty sure you can find much better places in Gulghast colony. I am so disappointed.

The staff is non professional. Before even telling the rates, the receptionist kept on asking for IDs which means that if we didn't have the IDs they would have given the room, but at higher charges. I had the ID, at entrance my husband asked for the room charges, but the staff member asked for ID before telling the charges, that's totally a non sense behavior

This is all lie... all the pictures.. all the reviews mentioned here are false....! This place is not at all liveable even for a night...!! The room has mold and no space at all... not even to walk & keep luggage..! It is located on a very busy business centre which takes around an hour to even cross the road....!! Very very bad experience.. didn't even stay for a minute and left after seeing the situation...!

I stayed one night and had such a wonderful time. The hotel is a gem. Beautifully decorated throughout with comfortable rooms with all the amenities, wonderful attentive staff. A great hot FREE breakfast everything you could ask for, and more! Location is perfect -- right in the middle of town (but you'd never know it, once inside the hotel). I rarely rave about hotels, but this one is fantastic!!!

Be careful while selecting a hotel like this with no working water and with all dust and rust on iron not worth it. I repeat be careful and look at the pictures i have attached

Very small rooms, washrooms are also okayish. The room was dirty, quilts and bed was also not clean. And the worst part was their staff. Very unprofessional and very rude. Breakfast was good. But everything else was worst. Would never come back to stay here. There's honestly no luxury at all. It's a mediocre hotel. Not recommended.

The price they charge for the quality of the room kinda blows your mind away. I have never been to a place where the room quality is top of the line and that too at such a reasonable price. Management is cool and fun. They are there 24/7. Had a blast for a stay.

Excellent place to stay in Multan. Almost all the brands are located nearby which makes shopping more convenient.Even the rooms are clean and spacious.

Used to stay in this hotel every month. last time they didn't have light and there generators were also not working.

Hotel was cramped and room freshly painted. Pain smell was too strong

Cleanliness of toilet was very very bad like a 3rd class hotel. Breakfast cost too much high but quality was very very poor and pathetic.my stocmk was distrub and not feeling well Staff was not professional trainned .next time I will not stay here. Bedaheet was very dirty and they didn't change it.but room walls was very dirty and when I was opened the dooor of fridge very very bad smell Inside .. very disappointed. Hotel name luxury but services waa very very poor.don't waste your money

The hotel was right in the middle of city but still very quiet the staff was very very cooperative and hotel rooms were excellent. Perfect place for overnight stay. Keep up the good work.

Made me feel right at home! I stayed for three days with my friends. It was safe and secure. Quick and excellent room service. The staff is cordial and the rooms themselves are cozy and comfortable! Totally recommend.

Rooms were pleasant, I had a very comfortable stay . Service was good and I enjoyed the breakfast.
